Royal Caribbean's Certified Vacation Planners

Are there still Royal Caribbean's Certified Vacation Planners . I'm a Diamond Plus member and can never get anyone in the call center that knows anything about the ships, rooms or how to do a reservation correct. 

If anyone has a  Royal Caribbean's Certified Vacation Planners they could recommend please let me know. I'm not looking to use travel agent.

The vacation planners were travel agents. Just in house ones.

 

But those are gone now, so a traditional travel agent is your next move.

Agree, time to get a good travel agent to work for you.

There is no difference between a Royal Caribbean Certified Vacation Planner and a travel agent. Either way there is no cost to you as both are paid by the cruise line, not you.
