Are there still Royal Caribbean's Certified Vacation Planners . I'm a Diamond Plus member and can never get anyone in the call center that knows anything about the ships, rooms or how to do a reservation correct. If anyone has a Royal Caribbean's Certified Vacation Planners they could recommend please let me know. I'm not looking to use travel agent. Thanks
