Colombia20102018 Posted April 14, 2023 Report Share Posted April 14, 2023 Two weeks ago, customer service had to send me an invoice four times until it pop up in my email. Today, an invoice for a separate cruise was sent twice and I am yet to receive it. I’m pretty sure my email account is not the issue. Thanks If you used a TA he/she should be taking care of it for you. If you don't use one you might want to consider it. There's a thread on why you should in the discussion section right now. I've got one coworker who sends meeting updates that go straight to my Deleted Items folder. I've setup specific rules to keep these to my Inbox but they still end up in Deleted. I can even manually run the rule and it moves them to my Inbox but they still get deleted on initial arrival. I've given up explaining it. My fiance gets them and I don't think she asked for them , maybe just gave them permission. I have "signed up " a few times for deals and last minute stuff and seldom get anything. I didn't use to receive promotional emails, but started getting them after checking in for my cruise last month. Now I literally get 2-3 emails from them everyday. Sometimes they are sales for booking a new cruise, sometimes they are cruise planner sales for my next cruise. I didn't do anything to turn them on that I recall. I wish there was a way to change the frequency. I don't know why companies think I want to hear from them so often. Once a week would be fine. Riley Posted April 15, 2023 Report Share Posted April 15, 2023 Its acting wonky for me too - tried several times including my personal email, work email and the DB's personal email. It's the RC system and they know about it... the Customer Service Rep couldn't even send it to himself. They are working on it.
