They will be responsible for more rooms and be working longer hours. Currently with the two cleanings they work a split shift. The new schedule they will work straight through all day with no split. It seems like the better option is the ability to customize what you need. That is, some customers need bed/couch setup/takedown and others want ice and others want towels. Some people might want then to make the beds and/or turn them down or towel animals or not.
