CeciMami
Newb question here about the rule that you can carry on 2 bottles of wine per stateroom: if we say, drink those bottles in the first few days…could we then buy replacement bottles at port and bring them back on the ship? Would we have to show our empty bottles as proof? LOL! Just wondering what the fine print on this rule is.
twangster
You can carry on wine on boarding day (day one) only. Any wine/beer/alcohol purchased in a port of call will be held by the ship until the end of the cruise.

Neither has my husband. CeciMami

loki007
we were just on Indy and my wife and I carried 2 bottles each. We had 2 staterooms (one for the kids) but no one ever inquired. The worst case scenario is that they confiscate the extra bottles and give them to you when you disembark. theflowersmith
We're flying in, so I'll have our two bottles in my checked luggage on the plane. Guess we'll just go to baggage claim, then pull over somewhere and get the bottles out to carry on the ship? I'm told any wine, water or soda you bring on board must be carried on. Please share ideas. CeciMami
