Pooch Posted January 23, 2020 Report Posted January 23, 2020 With our 10 year old grandson, besides Adventure Ocean, what activities require signing up when we get on the ship? Quote
Pooch Posted January 23, 2020 Author Report Posted January 23, 2020 Nobody? I know someone knows! Quote
Kathleen Posted January 23, 2020 Report Posted January 23, 2020 Try going into cruise planner and click on activities and see if there are any you can sign up for in advance. Quote
jticarruthers Posted January 23, 2020 Report Posted January 23, 2020 Flowrider has a signup/waiver form. Laser tag, escape room, trampoline thing all have "signups" for riding them (at least some of the time) but not waivers that i know of. Quote
Frank Posted January 23, 2020 Report Posted January 23, 2020 You don’t need to sign up in advance for pretty much anything on Mariner, not even the shows in the theater! Quote
codyh21 Posted January 23, 2020 Report Posted January 23, 2020 Very little requires signing up ahead of time. Many activities are first come, first serve. However, there are usually waivers to sign for things like flowrider especially for minors so just head to the desk up there. Ice show is based off either room or muster station location if I remember right but they will tell you, just get there early for seats. Quote
Pooch Posted January 23, 2020 Author Report Posted January 23, 2020 So there will be a desk of some kind by the flow rider and the trampoline thing? I can/should go there on embarkation day & sign any waivers necessary AND ALSO sign up for times? There's nothing in my cruise planner or on my App to sign up for anything. Quote
Frank Posted January 23, 2020 Report Posted January 23, 2020 You just need to show up when the activity is open no pre work/sign up required. Quote

Yes, the desk up at the Flowrider will have the waivers that you can sign. Most of the activities on Mariner don't require signups. You'll just see when the times are in the Cruise Compass and show up and get in line. I know this is the case for Flowrider, SkyPad, and laser tag. The escape room is one of the only things I can think of that has a signup, but it's for ages 13+ and there's a fee. Paging @Jaymac Radio for additional input as he just sailed Mariner and participates in these activities. Quote
Pooch Posted January 23, 2020 Author Report Posted January 23, 2020 Thank you, very helpful! I know he will want to do the Skypad and the water slides, Flowrider & laser tag are maybes. Quote
