I cannot access my fully paid up cruise from signin on crown and anchor cruise planner site for past few days.....I have completed some of the online checkin but I will need to edit check in page and print docs eventually ......I can get in from the main RC page but cannot access docs page.. Big Tule Posted October 11, 2019 Author Report Share Posted October 11, 2019 I have cleared my cache and cookies and also changed browser after a DM on twitter for a loooong time with no results (though was a lovely service rep)she said there maybe a conflict because 4 of my family were attached to one email and it maybe a loyalty issue ...I do not know about this as My children are not on the upcoming cruises and I have been using this planner for the past year with multiple bookings for just me and partner and it did not have a problem with booking ( or charging for)restaurants, Voom, coffee cards and excursions etc I sent an email to royal reservations in Australia earlier today and am waiting for them to get back to me I would not be this anxious but we are going on another land holiday before this cruise and I would like to get this addressed asap Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
