kuruczpa
Still looks like they are a way's from being completed for the May 2019 date. I'm glad I'm not going until Feb 2020 so more work has been completed! The Cruise Junkie
J_Keeble
She looks fantastic! I wonder how much longer it will take and the extra length for oasis too. The Cruise Junkie
StayFrosty
Pretty sure that is the end of the dock. They don't need the dock to go the whole length of the ship. There are tie off points beyond the end of the dock structure to help secure the ship. Here is an example from San Juan. And another from Roatan. twangster
When Mariner was there you could see several sections of “bridge” to extend between the dolphins or tie points sitting on the pier waiting to be used. It’s not clear how much extra pier vs. dolphins will be built. At present with good weather they can make it but if winds are forecast they’ll need those extra tie points. Can not wait to get into the pool!!! I always dread the tendering - my patience could fit into a thimble so waiting for the mass of people to board is past tedious (especially if I am on a tight schedule). I had been dreading the possibility of that for Coco Cay in May so I hope this will lead to a happier morning that day for me! bhageerah, The Cruise Junkie and SpeedNoodles
