Fellow Floridian here.. I do EXACTLY what you do.. wait until after final payment and they slash those prices! I know years ago they said they were going to stop doing that but they lied because about 30 days after final payment the price goes wayyy down.. I can't wait for Oasis this thanksgiving. Thanks again for alerting us to the new aqua theater show!

I am also disappointed with only 2 shows.. Especially since I don't like Cats lol. Oh well I did get an awesome deal which is why I am even going on my cruise but still I really was hoping for ATS and come fly with me.

What happened to Come Fly with me which used to be performed in the Main theater? I am on the Thanksgiving sailing and that is not available to book either.. I understand the Aqua theater issue but what about come fly with me? Im just alittle bit disappointed because I am going with someone who has never been on Oasis class and I told them how great the shows are.

I am going on Oasis soon also.. The app is not currently correct.. These are the menus for when it sails Europe.. You can tell because it keeps referring to "pie of the day" which is something people from the UK order so when boats go over there they often do that.. I have a feeling once it comes back to the Caribbean lobster night shall return.. Its usually held on either day 5 or day 6 depending on which is a sea day for you... Im hoping once the ship comes out of dry dock they will update the app but who knows there are other things that are currently not correct either..

I always buy the unlimited package.. As long as you go book your reservations as soon as you get on the ship you will be fine.. And yes the Unlimited package includes Hibachi BUT only the one protein option if you want the 2 protein option you have to pay extra...

Exactly.. Good thing your moving to Florida in the next few years because I just don't think Enchantment is for you and its not like I only went on her 1 time.. When she did 3/4 days out of Miami I went on her 4 maybe 5 times and I was so happy when they decided to first replace her with Mariner and now Navigator. They really should sell Enchantment as well.

I am currently reading a review on cruise critic from a guy who was just on Enchantment and overall not very happy.. Its him, his wife, and 2 kids and they are in an owners suite.. They previously were on Vision and had a wonderful time and loved it so its not that they only like big ships.. In the review he explains how the ship is just not maintained very well, its disorganized, and generally not up to snuff for Royal Standards.. I personally couldn't agree more and think Royal is making a mistake when placing Enchantment in Baltimore..

The problem with the chat feature is when you send someone a message it doesn't show up on your phone that you have a message unless you have the app open.. Now who is going to constantly have the app open? So its kind of pointless because unless you constantly keep opening the app you will never know someone is trying to reach you.

agreed they wouldn't.. Honestly this doesn't effect me at all.. I live in south Florida and never leave from Baltimore but I do feel bad for the people who live close and are now only given in my opinion a subpar option..

Its personal preference.. Raye and I enjoy only doing specialty dining. Enchantment only has Chops.. Raye and I spend a lot of time in the casino.. Enchantment's Casino is small and very outdated.. And the overall Maintence of the ship in my opinion it has not been maintained very well.. But like I said personal preferences..

Raye trust me don't go on Enchantment.. I wish they would sell her. Honestly it needs so much work I think its a terrible option for Baltimore.. I don't know if a radiance class ship can fit in Baltimore but if it can that's what they should of went with..

Yes and that really is an awesome perk. I have a suite in January for my birthday and I am going to take advantage of this perk.

just so you know if you get the Unlimited dining package you don't have to stand in line at guest services at all.. You simply go to any restaurant and make reservations it literally takes 5 min but I totally understand all your other points. I just think the food on Royal is awful lol.

Well this is a very personal question. I have been on 70 cruises 45 of them on Royal Caribbean. I personally think the included food on Royal Caribbean is awful. Years ago it was good but in my opinion it has become awful. Now other people including people on this blog Love it. But since you asked me my opinion I will tell you I think the included food is awful and I buy an unlimited dining package for every cruise.

I have had it on Navigator and have it again in 2 weeks. Its very easy. As soon as you board the ship go to any restaurant and make your dining reservations. The restaurants are open from I believe 5:30 PM- 9:30PM.. Playmakers and Johnny rockets have different hours and don't require reservations so just look in the cruise planner for those times.. So Chops, Hooked, and Jamie's Italian are all covered by the package just make your reservation and go. Izumi you still need a reservation for but you get $35 a person worth of food. Playmakers you also get $35 worth of food per person. Johnny rockets I am not sure because I don't like it so I didn't eat there lol. The package is fun.. I love Oysters so I like going to Hooked seafood at 5:30 for Oysters and then I make an 8:00 reservation at Chops and eat there. With the Unlimited package you are able to do this and its fun. Also anytime a restaurant is open for lunch you can also use the package.. Again not all restaurants are open for lunch so you have to check the daily planner but if its open you can absolutely eat there..

It is NO WHERE near the quality of Wynn or Aria.. It is more like Paris/Luxor... OMG the Wynn buffet is delicious.. Honestly I think you might be disappointed if you are looking for that..

Rate it totally depends on which card you use and which bank backs the card.. If I remember you use Royal Caribbean Visa Correct? I have the same card and the only issue I have is it takes 5-10 days for the daily holds to drop off.. Not really a big deal just slightly annoying.. But My friend uses Amex and he never has an issue.. Then one time I used my Chase Visa and also never had an issue lol so I think it might be which bank backs which card but I could be wrong.

Well the holds eat up available credit.. Now if you have a card with a large credit limit then it wouldn't matter to you at all at you wouldn't notice.. But if you are someone with more limited means and only have a credit card with lets say a $1,000 or $2,000 limit you don't want your card being eaten up by pending charges because then you can't use the card fully.. So really that's the only reason I can think of where it matter lol.

This is exactly what you should do use Amex.. I use a Royal Caribbean Visa and it takes 2 weeks for all the holds to fall off.
