woo hoo way to go Matt

I got my first (and probably last for quite a while) gold SeaPass card on my last cruise. In the growing pile of blue SeaPass cards, it stands out quite nicely.
 

This could be dangerous... I can see me booking cruise after cruise after cruise... and just ending up in an infinity loop.

Agree with others - its the perks of getting onboard credit for the sailing you are currently
on and then a lower deposit amount and being able to move it around to new sailings
Just really I think convenience and something to look forward too.

MNorris - I truly believe you will really like the Oasis as well - good choice

And if you have kids, bring glow sticks and crack them on as they are going to
bed makes an instant night light for them to have in their bed to make them
more comfortable - I have clients give the kids the glow sticks a few days before
the cruise at home etc so they were used to it

Thanks Michelle and Todd. Unfortunately for them, they're dealing with a law student who was supposed to take this cruise to celebrate being done with finals. I'm persistent with Customer Service, that's for sure!

Make sure if you have issues with this that you call back and ask for a
supervisor - and call resolutions or the redeployment line
888-281-9344.  These 2 departments are responsible for handling these
issues and questions more that the regular res. line.

Update**** I called back the CR phone number and the lovely "Connie" informed me that I am in fact now a member!!! I have not the faintest clue as to how or when I was enrolled? I immediately updated our family cruise on Harmony in 2017 and got more than $3k discount off the current promotion! Thanks for your knowledge and info!

Yes, and these are great experiences - lots of food though so come hungry and ask
questions of the Chef and staff - in the past I was even treated to a kitchen tour but
that is based on the Chef's preferences

Great itinerary - and even though I have not sailed the Rhapsody I think you will like it
Rome - keep in mind the port is one hour from the city so getting a tour or private guide for
the day may be the way to go - Dubrovnik you will love - beautiful coastal city - as are many of
the others
 
I often look at www.shoretrips.com for tours instead of the cruise lines - smaller group sizes
 
and my new favorite for clients is www.toursbylocals.com - these are guides that live in the
cities all around the world you visit -you can pick out a pre-arranged itinerary or make
up your own with the guide directly -have used them a lot and highly recommend for city
and day touring

Welcome - I have not personally been but I have had clients actually do a day at the
beach at a local resort and loved it.  I will try and find the information but they
were picked up by a private driver and taken there for the day = also may want
to look at www.toursbylocals.com and book something with a local guides

Yep I agree DocLC, not sure why they just did not go to this level when they raised it last
time but at least they are giving you until April 14th to add them on to the bookings that
you may currently have.

Yep and RCI has other special cruises besides Music with groups.  I went on the Hogs on the High Seas cruise
by 'accident' one year and had a blast - 2000 Harley enthusiasts sail together and do a fund raiser while sailing
we also were allowed to participate in the T-Shirt swap on Labadee, it was a blast.

I have friends whose first cruise was a heavy metal cruise a few years back on MSC. They had a great time but didn't cruise again until this past Feb when they went as part of a large group on the RoyalCaribbeanBlog group cruise on the Allure. They had so much fun on Royal that they are going with us again on the Harmony next Feb.

What I hope people can understand its my job to be your advocate, you don't have 4 1/2 hours to spend on hold during these predicaments who does!  but I also have the knowledge of "what to say to the cruise lines" to get things done I think faster - I've done this 23 years, I better know the words by now.   

And its so disappointing to clients - I could care less in these predicaments about my bottom line - your dream trip has been disrupted
and I need to fix it!  No not every agent out there can or does believe that but our office has some of the best around!  not just me but ALOT of agents in our office work this way.

Long story short - it worked out and they get to cruise!   Happy for you and Dan both!
