I'm digging this idea. I'm looking for Wine Stopper and Magnetic Bottle Opener for Adventure, Allure, and Independence of the Seas.

Royal just  upgraded me to a guaranteed suite. Santa gave me my present early.

This may or may not work but here goes
 
we all know how difficult it is to purchase Royal Caribbean ship models apart from on the ship.so I propose that this topic be used to get people their models!
 
For instance I am after Anthem of the Seas ship model & Harmony of the Seas. so would ask if anyone is willing to buy one on board for me and ship the ship to the UK? Obviously I would pay all the money upfront etc and a little extra so you can buy a drink on  board :P

we should start a topic and people can ask people to get them models.
 
and people can post if they are willing.
 
EG  -AFTER ANTHEM OF THE SEAS MODEL - will pay full price plus a drink or something.

I love that idea. The features of a large ships coupled with the window views and port-ability (ha.. get it?) of a small ship.

So this new price is the result of a weekend sale. And it's all categories on sale. Internet, specialty restaurants, spa, drink packages

Everything I have heard about new ships, going to various ports, etc, always ends with the same basic requirement: it's about making money.  Essentially, the decision making process largely goes along the lines of "we can make $X if we go with this idea, or we can make $X+$Y if we go with this plan".  At the end of the day, they are a business.
 
That being said, I love the idea of a mini-Quantum class ship.

With all the talk of the new ICON class cruise ships and the recent podcast regarding icon and her size
 
Do we think they would ever make a smaller ship again?
 
My thoughts would be maybe build a ship looking exactly the same as Quantum class but smaller maybe radiance class size but with all the quantum gizmos and look.

You know what this means Matt, we will be expecting a decision on the 2018 group cruise all that much sooner.

And pay attention to #7 in that pdf.  It appears that Starbucks on Oasis class ships will now be included in the drink packages.

Thanks for the heads up!!!  I just now quickly logged in and was able to add the old Premium package to my November cruise (I figure I can cancel if I change my mind in the meantime).  They won't let me book any package for my April cruise - too far in advance.  At $64.90/day ($55+tips) they've passed the threshold I'm willing to pay for a package, so I'll be back to purchasing individual drinks in April.

I am flying out from England in just over a month for a 7 night west Caribbean cruise. staying in fort Lauderdale. would you recommend hiring a care to explore? but South beach is defiantly on the list for a day out! this is what I was thinking as I have 3 days before the cruise on the 8th October.

I'm a young guy going with my girlfriend, we like to explore and don't mind some nightlife etc.

I was asked to book the exact time and place for the first dinner when I bought the three night package on the Serenade. We had booked Izumi, but switched to Giovanni's once onboard for better views while sailing out of port.

A courtesy dinner reservation will be made on your behalf in a pre-selected restaurant on day 1 or day 2.
 
Guests then can make additional reservations on your first day onboard to guarantee preferred dining time and restaurants.
