  1. This might be a dumb question, but we can’t find an excursion on St. Thomas that has everything we want to do. We are thinking about starting out with a shuttle to Magens Bay, then shuttle back and take the Skyride, then go to the pirate treasure museum. Is it safe to go on our own in St. Thomas or would you recommend sticking with a sanctioned tour?

  2. Let me start by saying I have OCD and I know my idea is kinda stupid and a waste of time, but I’m retired and have a lot of free time.
I purchased the deluxe drink package, but my wife doesn’t think we will get our money’s worth out of it, but I do. Just because of my own curiosity I’m making an app for my phone (just for me and my phone, not to publish the app) I am making the app to keep track of our drinks.
The app has buttons such as cocktail, beer, wine, soda, juice, and so on. When I push, let’s say the cocktail button $13 is displayed. Any other button such as soda will add $3.50 to the running total.
I’m stuck because I got most of the drink prices from the Royal Caribbean app but there are a few I don’t have. I know the prices such as wine varies by the glass so I’m averaging it out. Here is a list  of what I don’t have prices for. If anyone has recently been on a cruise and know a ballpark cost for the following drinks, I would appreciate the answer:

    Johnny Rocket Milkshake

    Mocha from cafe Promenade

    bottle of water

    sparkling water

    smoothie from the spa

    amd coffee with liquor

    thanks

  3. We are going on the Harmony of the Seas in August. I just purchased the deluxe drink package for the wife and myself and it covers cocktails up to $13 (which is the cost of most cocktails). I’m worried with supply chain problems, the price of cocktails on the ship will increase between now and our sailing to more than $13 a cocktail. If the price increase to let’s say $14 or $15 dollars a cocktail, will the limit on the drink package increase to cover the difference or will we have to pay extra for the drinks if the price per drink is increased?

  4. I was excited to read in Matt’s blog today about the cruise planner sale. I’ve been on the fence about getting the deluxe drink package and when I saw the cruise planner sale, I decided to pull the trigger and get the deluxe drink package. I went to my cruise planner and the deluxe drink package is on sale for $7 more per person, per day than it was yesterday before the sale. I guess I waited too long and I won’t be getting the deluxe drink package.

  5. It’s still awhile until our sailing (126 days) so we don’t know what speciality restaurants if any we will dine at, but I did see the bar menu at Wonderland and was intrigued with some of their drinks. Is it possible to go to the wonderland bar just to get a drink if you don’t dine in the restaurant?

  6. What is the electrical outlet situation (Harmony of the Seas, ocean view balcony). I have a C-pap machine, rechargeable hearing aids that need to be plugged in and we’ll have two cell phones. I already filled out a special medical needs form with Royal Caribbean, but I haven’t heard back yet.

  7. Hello I have a question regarding today’s YouTube video from Matt. I am glad to hear about the chat feature. My question is. My wife is getting the surf and stream package, but I don’t need internet, but I want to communicate with her so I will get the chat feature. Is the chat feature included in her surf and stream or will she have to get the chat feature separately?

Also, will she be able to FaceTime the grandkids with the surf and stream feature or does it take up too much data or is the data too slow?

    Thank you in advance.
