I was just in checking the pricing of my cruises and noticed they now have View virtual tour on all of the cabins.  I think this is something new and I really like it.  Now you can see what the cabin should look like.  To see them just go in like you are booking a cruise on the RCL site and when you get to the cabin types you will see the link for the virtual tour.

Early reservation for my time going fast...
I'm sailing symphony in the spring, and it's starting at 6:45
So, would be better to reserve earlier, and if plans change, it's almost never a problem at all to change it to the later time.

I’ve seen long lines (all the way to the elevators) for guests without reservations.

You have it right.  My Time means anytime that the dining room is open. It’s just a restaurant at home.  You can make reservations or you can just show up….but you may have to wait if you don’t have reservations.

I brought my own gear and went to chill island also.  No cost from Royal!  It is some of the best snorkeling for sea life I have done and Ive done a lot!  Keep an eye out for jelly fish, the ones I saw were very small but numerous.  If it is really windy it obviously gets very wavy and requires quite a bit of work to get around, just FYI.  Make sure you check out all the area of Chill Island!

At Chill Island (described above), I saw a lot of fish at the man-made reefs just 20 or 30 yards out, and then you can continue going towards the platform.  When we were there in May, there was a safety line that extended from one reef out towards the platform.  I didn't try to follow it all the way out.  As has been stated by others, I always use my own gear.
So how far out you want to swim is up to you.

A few of us have noticed on the APP that there is a section for making reservations at Windjammer… the button isn’t highlighted yet but because it is there I think they might plan to enact it.  But just by it being there they are planning it.  If I go for dinner at Windjammer I also just want to show up….if I wanted set time I would go to dining room.  I have my time dining but sometimes I want to eat at 6pm….

You can also order them with an added degree of security built-in security. Eliminate baggage claim shenanigans quickly and easily!

Listening to @Matt's podcast from yesterday and he mentioned having a way to find your luggage in the terminal.  We use decorative spandex luggage covers similar to the ones at the link below.  Not only can you easily find your luggage in the hallway of the ship, the terminal, and at baggage claim, but they also have protected our luggage from getting stains and such on them.  We started using them with our current luggage when we first got the set and on our first trip, the cover received a big mark on it (like it had rubbed against something), but our bag still looked new.  We're now on our second set of covers, but the luggage still looks like new after 4 years and many flights.

We are going on our first Royal Caribbean cruise on the harmony of the seas in January. I am seeing inflicting information online about “my time dining”. What is the earliest that my time dining starts? We like to eat early around 530 or 6 but like to have the flexibility to go later. Do you have to pick your reservation for the entire week ahead of time? Also what time do the shows usually start, if we went to eat at six or 630 would we still have time to get to a shell? I’m considering trying to switch to early dining but not sure what works best for us

I usually get the dining package. As soon as I board, I go right to any restaurant host desk and make all of my reservations for the cruise. The assigned time that comes with the package is just a placeholder.
