  1. Does it effect the 2023 cruises or not til 2024?
  2. The drink could be sparkling wine, mimosas, fruit drink, could have rum in it or not. Some pre entertainment. Some staff is lined up as you enter and leave. Then there is similar entertainment at the end. They'll recognize any new Pinnacle members, and the top 3 cruisers with the most cruise nights.
  3. On ships that have Hibachi/Teppanyaki they state there's a $10. up charge. OK, but on the Odyssey Chops price is $64.99, Wonderland is $59.99, and the Teppanyaki charge is $59.99. So my questions is why is there an up charge for the Teppanyaki where it is less then Chops and then the same price as Wonderland?
  4. Just got of Enchantment - paper. The only time I used my phone was when I wanted something off the Vegan menu,
  5. I think the duck a l'orange is no longer available on the 2nd night (usually the Formal meal) in the MDR. I thought it might have been a supply issue, but to my surprise I found it in the WJ for lunch one day. not the l'orange version , just sort of fried duck like fried chicken. I think that not enough people ordered it so Royal dropped it from the MDR menu.
  6. We're on this one, because Royal isn't sending Serenade to sail the Baltics next summer that would have brought the ship to Boston. We've have visited some of the ports in Iceland and Halifax. Greenland and Sydney will be new to us.
  7. In my case it would be the hubby
  8. Yes, you will need to get tested. Have you tried CVS through their Mediclinic it is a charge. We're going to be on the cruise too. Have got the emed tests. ordered them a while ago. Did you also fill out the Bermuda Travel Authorization form? That cost $40. Hope to see you on board.
  9. Was wondering don't the crew who get all those $1 got to the local 'ship bank' to either change them into biller bills or put them in the 'ship account'. They certainly send cash back home
  10. On a side note I had a rain check for 4 items for $10. When I present the RC, the cashier could figure out the cost of 1.
  11. The other problem that might come up is that in the till there really isn't a slot designated for $2. The normal till from right to left is $1, $5, $10, $20 , then the other slot may holed the rolled coinage. The bigger bills usually go under , so would you also put the $2 there if you got them?
  12. You really not need to lug a drink to dinner. Since the drinks aren't free any more in the lounge. Just use one on your card when you get to the dinning room.
  13. BUTTTTTT, I'm sailing on her in a couple of weeks.
  14. If you are changing rooms. take your meds, stuff out of the safe , & other important items you may want. You just have to pack up the stuff in draws, on shelfs, etc. You can leave anything that is on hangers. As mentioned above room steward will move every thing to the new cabin.
  15. Depends - if we're traveling with others we go there to have predinner drinks and talk , at bit quieter the the other bars on the ship. Other times if traveling by ourselves we'll find a bar. Don't really partake of the munchies. DH gets coffee but its hard for him cause he's just plain black & I don't drink the stuff. (horrors I know)
  16. We did the British Isle then the Artic circle cruises, Weather was nice except the the Artic Circle cruising day (cold and raw) and the stop at Nord Kapp . Didn't see the Iron globe statue, too foggy. We always get a balcony. Got up a midnight and saw the sunset. Of course that maybe a reason why to get an interior room the sun is still shining at 10PM or maybe just a ocean view.
