I had my first taste of usa menu last night. Quite disappointed in the honey fried chicken. I was expecting it to be like the night 1 fried chicken. But it was more of a bland beer battered coating. The Buffalo chicken dip was good, even if not with cream cheese like a typical American version. The lobster Mac was better than expected. They were even able to do it gluten free for my wife

smokeybandit replied to ScottishRobbie's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
It just takes you to an embedded browser view of the web site. But it's something the app needs, albeit quite buried -
Are kids required to eat off the kids menu?
smokeybandit replied to SailAwayVacay79's topic in Royal Caribbean Dining
People next to us on adventure right now are averaging about 3.5 appetizers and 2.5 entrees per night. All served one at a time -
There is no real average. It's whatever you think it appropriate

I still remember what a crew member said to me as we walked off the ship the first time we went to labadee. "Welcome to fake Haiti " -

The royal suite seems more of a gimmick than a practical upscale room -

If there is an increase after you book, you can then choose to prepay at the old rate. -
Understanding the mandatory gratuity
smokeybandit replied to theapple477's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
There is no financial benefit to preparing gratuities. The timing of the charge might better fit your planning but it doesn't save money. -

Adults definitely can wear shorts. -
Concierge E Mail requests? What do you ask for?
smokeybandit replied to AndyPandy's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Based on the actual fridge you have, I've seen some listed at 45 degrees (which would be fine for milk for a day or two) and as high as 55. But no real way of knowing beforehand -

D+ internet perk explanation please?
smokeybandit replied to Neesa's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Agreed. Adding internet would go a long way to standardizing the suite experience. Or let people pick between internet or specialty dining -

When you log in, you enter name, cabin and year of birth. That finds your coupon to apply to whatever package you want. So you could let 1 person use the free days for 3 people.
