NO ..... You can’t buy Thrill Waterpark tickets on Cococay. Only online in the cruise planner OR on the ship when the excursions desk is open. I’ve never paid attention to if it’s open or not while we’ve been docked at CocoCay.

Sorry to hear that. I’d recommend Hooked Seafood on a cruise then, the lobster in the MDR isn’t always the greatest and I’d hate to have you get one that’s not that great for your first experience.

Are you not able to order lobster at a restaurant in the U.K.?

We just got off Symphony and had a great time on the CHACCHOBEN MAYAN RUINS excursion. I highly recommend that if you’re interested in it, it’s so much better than Chichen Itza and only 1 hour from port. They also have a version of it called Chacchoben Ruins and Blue Lagoon.

Unless you’re in a suite ....... if you’re in a suite, you can ask them to make all your nightly reservations for the unlimited dining plan when they email you 7 to 10 days before the cruise. Just let them know what time and restaurant you want to eat in each night.

CocoCay was VERY windy today, but all the slides were running. Tonight on the way back to Miami, ... Symphony is rocking like crazy back and forth ..... much worse seas than last night ..... you can REALLY feel it.

Currently on Symphony, we’ve had beautiful weather today, but the ship has been vibrating here and there ....... seems to be getting a lot more bouncy and rocky tonight and they have barf bags up all over now. I hope we have good weather for Cococay tomorrow.

Even in this dining room, on both formal nights, at least half the people at dinner in Coastal Kitchen were no better dressed than nice shorts, nice shirts, and FLIP FLOPS.

Most shows are 830 and 1030. Book MTD times now! I’m currently on Symphony and I’ve noticed the MTD line for people without reservations is HUGE every night.

You have to call them to book the second one. I had the same thing happen to me when I tried to book the Waterpark and balloon ride in the same day thru the cruise planner. A simple phone call and they booked the second one for me.

Also, if you go to Costa Maya on that cruise, I HIGHLY recommend the 4 hour Checchoben Mayan Ruins excursion. We’re currently on Symphony and did it the other day ........ It was amazing and way way better than Chichen Itza and only 50 min from Port. Way more structures than we expected and you could touch and climb partially up them. Cruz was also a GREAT guide!

In my opinion, once the amplification is done, Allure will be way better than Harmony and will also have the new Portside BBQ restaurant. Plus Allure has my favorite show, Mama Mia. I vote that you stick with Allure for your November 2020 cruise.

Count up all the points you should have based on the nights you sailed. If the total does only include 1 point for each of those cruises, then call Crown and Anchor and ask them to fix it. See screenshot below, my past 7 night cruises from 2010 and 2011 show 7 points earned for each.

You can ask for specific servers by name in the Coastal Kitchen. We’re on Symphony right now and we liked our first server so much and had such a great time with him, that we asked for him again tonight and he told us to ask for him at any meal we eat there the rest of the week.

The bad thing is, the points you earn on Celebrity won’t count as points in Crown and Anchor.

I’d recommend Navigator instead, it was given a much nicer amplification than Mariner. We were on Mariner in June and August. There was a huge decline in the quality of the food in the MDR from June to August. We’re doing Navigator the weekend of 10/25 and again next June. We’re actually currently on Symphony right now.

I don’t have Verizon, but I’m on Symphony right now, ...... I’m in airplane mode ..... my WiFi calling is always turned on even at home ...... I’m on the Voom surf and stream WiFi ............ and my phone does everything it does at home ....... I can make and receive phone calls to/from iPhones and android phones ..... send and receive texts to both iPhones and android phones .......... and my son has even done a FaceTime call with my mom ........ everything works just like at home.
