  1. Sorry that was a typo. It was supposed to be 2025. My bad.
  2. If you filter the search by each of those ships individually and then by cruise date, you will see that both Serenade and Radiance have nothing showing beyond September 2026, when they finish their summer seasons in Alaska. I would expect at least one of them to do an eastbound Panama Canal sailing. Those tend to be unpredictable in terms of release dates and are sometimes simply put up for sale on random dates with no advance warning. What they would do after the Canal transit is anyone's guess. I would like to see one of them do the longer 10/11 night Caribbean sailings from Florida over the winter, as currently the longest is 8 nights. However, given Royal's recent focus on shorter cruises that may be wishful thinking on my part. As for Ovation, I would expect her to be doing the Singapore sailings. Those are due for release around the middle of next month.
  3. If you go into the app and click on the tab that says "Welcome aboard" the information should be there.
  4. Just resurrecting this old thread to say if anyone is interested in doing this activity check your cruise planner. With the current sale, I'm seeing it at $39.99, which was a big enough discount to make me pull the trigger for my upcoming Anthem cruise.
  5. I remember back in the day seeing itineraries that took in the whole south or north of Australia but they seem not to be a thing any more, at least not with Royal. I would love to be able to do that as a retirement trip a few years from now.
  6. Serenade is going to be doing Caribbean sailings out of Tampa between September 2024 and April 2025. Then she is going through the Panama Canal and up to Alaska for summer 2025. The big mystery is where she's going after that, as there's nothing showing beyond September 2025. Same for Radiance, nothing beyond September 2025.
  7. Yes, imagine having to sort out all of this mess without a TA batting for you. How many hours would you have to waste getting the run-around from Royal?!
  8. Yes, as long as you don't need to be right beside the pool you'll be fine.
  9. You would be surprised. October in the Med is like the tropics to peeps from more northerly climes.
  10. They're starting to load the Oz sailings now. There are two on Voyager and two on Anthem currently showing.
  11. They haven't cancelled them yet but I would guess they are very much at risk of being cancelled due to the Suez Canal situation. Those sailings have been disappearing and reappearing for several weeks now. The only one that has remained consistently is the Dubai to Singapore leg. I am not booked on any of them but I had been considering the Southampton-Rome one which is why I had been keeping an eye on them. It is very frustrating for anyone who is booked, not knowing and not being able to make alternative arrangements until Royal finally makes a decision.
  12. British porters don't expect to be tipped at all but if you are tipping them it's best to do so in pounds. Nowhere in the UK is going to happily accept USD the way they do in the Caribbean islands so in order to use the money the porters would have to take it to the bank to exchange it, which is a fair bit of hassle for not a lot of return, especially once the bank takes its cut.
  13. Test loads are up ahead of next week's release.
  14. Yes. And printers. But you do need to have purchased Internet access.
  15. Safe travels home @jbrinkm. Thanks for the ride.
  16. Very cool. I have some that similarly show how fast they grow up. One day they're smaller than us and in the blink of an eye they're towering over us as we ask ourselves where the time went.
  17. It's gone up to $659 now that the "Europe Sale" has ended...
  18. What a pity about the gallery, but I guess that just means you have an excuse to go back.
  19. Depends on where you are (and assuming you're not counting the infamous cabanas on Coco Cay). Excursions in Europe are typically more expensive than in the Caribbean, for example. This is the most expensive one on the Anthem cruise I have booked for later this year:
  20. This guy appears to be having an identity crisis.
  21. Sounds like a win-win to me.
  22. I really enjoy the MDR for breakfast too but, unfortunately for me, DH gets antsy sitting waiting for his food to arrive so most of the time we just head to the WJ. One thing to bear in mind is that the power wrap is not included in the brunch menu that some ships have recently been offering on sea days, so if you want to try it you need to go on a day when it's the full breakfast menu.
  23. I didn't request the sides; they just brought it to me like that. However, it may be ship and/or sailing dependent because the previous times I've had it, all of which were on Anthem, it did not have as many sides. September 2022: April 2023: And July 2023: So the one on Symphony was the best as it came with lots of sides. I expect you could ask for them if they don't come out straight away. The salsa was really good.
