  1. Couple possible issues

    1. Db haven't synced yet.

    2. Logged into APP with a different account than one on line

    3. Reservation at spa is for different guest than one logged into app (aka....my wife's spa appointments that I book in cruise planner don't show in the app when I am logged in, she needs to be logged into the app because they were setup for her)

    I wouldn't worry.  If you see it all in cruise planner and got receipts of the purchase through email you are all set

    No.  And this is the reason I never/can't use a travel agent.  Since my first cruise which I booked through a website 'agent'...every other cruise has been based on a Casino Offer to start that I then upgrade to a room I really wanted....I tried transferring some of them time to time and the various agents I have contacted have had no success in a transfer (or desire to push/find a way to make it happen)....technically speaking though...booking through Casino is treated like the casino is your TA in the RCCL system...as weird as it sounds.

    Happy'ish to hear your issue today was a simple issue that everyone had while RCCL was doing maintenance.

    Yeah, I've gotten used to cruises just disappearing...they are back again.  Just gets a higher level of concern with open tickets about paid off cruises suddenly saying we owe money and that they are in danger of being cancelled 😉

    Well....let's hope the fact that I had them move the final payment due date on mine while they work to resolve helps me out.  Sorry for your pain

     

    Although...ALL my upcoming cruises have dropped out of view on my account......I've had THAT happen before so fingers crossed when they come back everything is still okay 😉

    Concert was a blast......also.....opened up the IT tickets and call we over with.  They did move the last payment due date for the cruise a few weeks to allow them time to resolve the issue without it impacting anything with regard to automated processes

Looking like I may end up there as well....resolutions can't help and they are opening an IT ticket because sometimes when their screen loads it says balance due, then they refresh and it says no balance due, then they refresh and it says balance due.......this is sounding like clearing a db issue where someone ran a script against production that failed and it recalculated everyone's balance in a shared environment and they stopped it...but it over wrote on some servers and not others.

I got two of those emails today for my two reservations in July.....one says I own $208 and the other says I owe $1081 on reservations that have been paid in full since May 2020 and 'lifted/shifted' twice.  So now I am on hold waiting for someone to answer wondering if I will get through before they close for the day with the tons of OTHER people probably all calling in with the same issue

    The 12 minute later update....CS rep gets on, says no problem, everything shows 0 here, let me just generate and send you a new invoice....he sends the new invoices....they all say "Money due" and he is like WTF....so now....he is also calling resolutions department

  8. We have quite a bit of experience in the Royal Suite and the Piano.....Grandeur (x3), Serenade (x1), Enchantment (x1), Vision (x1) Adventure (x1) between 2018 to present.  There isn't one on Anthem (x3) unfortunately 😞

    Everyone of these rooms had an 'auto' player built into the piano.  It is older style auto play and will have 10-12 songs it can play (unlike the newer models which are network enabled and can have an extensive library of tens of thousands of songs like the one we have at home.  My piano tuner also tunes(tuned) all the piano on ships that sail out of Baltimore so.....I never noticed it being out of tune.  We use the auto play on our first cruise, but after that, we've never used the auto play....my daughter plays piano....so it gets played 2-3 hours a day everyday when we are on board.

     

    Also, Vision Royal Suite also had a bluetooth stereo in the room (so we didn't need to use our speaker)

     

  9. My soon to be 12 yr old (who has been cruising since she was 8 enjoys the following.......in no particular order

    - swimming
    - hot tubs
    - Karaoke
    - Trivia
    - Every show, every night
    - Frequent trips for hot chocolate
    - Bingo
    - Rock wall

    All of which have absolutely nothing to do with the kids/teen club because neither of kids like that....we tried once and they said "it feels like we are in daycare" and I didn't want to do that to them on their vacation since at the time they were in daycare 5 days a week after school and on days off from school

  10. Yeah....want a treatment (massage, nails, hair, facial) at a specific time?  Pay the premium price...willing to 'just go' whenever....wait till you are on board.  I always book the Mrs 3-4 things for the first day at sea.....the most expensive thing to do 😉

    But....it gets the cruise started off with a bang
