  1. Woulda Coulda Shoulda! I dont think I have ever been on a cruise where there was this one person that I kept meaning to make a connection, but never did. It happens we are all human :)
  2. Definitely agree with you on the aerodynamic drag idea, I mean obviously it is not meant to fly(it would be wicked cool though), but I believe anything that increases The Icon's fuel efficiency while also enhancing the sleekness of her design would be a win-win.
  3. Because I have to always work on my cruises I always purchase the internet plan however when I was first booked on the Spectrum I was told it was an SS benefit, however, my T A was able to get us booked on the Seven Seas Splendor, and we decided to try out Regent.
  4. Every time in my cruising history, on RCCL and other lines, as long as I took care of the problem as soon as we got aboard we might have had to be flexible for that first night, but it would be all sorted out for the rest of the cruise, I also confess we have never sailed on a "full" ship, that might have had something to do about it.
  5. very curious to read early reviews, it might be great for an anniversary, birthday, or graduation, I hope it lives up to its hype.
  6. I guess even in paradise it can get a bit stormy, very, very fortunate to not have ever experienced this!
  7. Never once on any cruise have I ever had an issue with storing our luggage under the bed, this has been true for older and newer ships, it's a great often overlooked feature!
  8. In my opinion, all the beaches on CocoCay are great, it does not take long to walk to all of them so get off the ship early, and go exploring!
  9. So I just now looked at prices again D4 - Ocean View Balcony Stateroom for 2 is $1,612.80 pp = $3,225.60 Feb 1st sailing D4 - Ocean View Balcony Stateroom for 1 is $6,502.15 sp = $6,502.15 Feb 1st sailing So If I book for 2 people but, only I show up, I would save $3276.55? Is my math wrong or am I missing something? Would not every solo passenger be doing this? Mitch
  10. It was the first time I asked her. I said give me 2 quotes for the cheapest balcony in 2025 and that is what she sent me. I am going to check the RCCL site and see what they offer today. Mitch
