  4. We often stay in staterooms near elevator banks, but rarely hear any noise.
  5. On Quantum there were a couple of "hot" drinks of the day. In Skagway it was a Hot Toddy. In Juneau it was Hot Chocolate with Vanilla Vodka. They sold probably zero of them on our sailing, as the temperature in all of our Alaskan port stops was 78-82 degrees.

  7. Not on a Quantum-class ship. The elevators/stairs are forward and midship. The walk to them from an aft cabin is significant, lol.
  8. I'm on Quantum now, and the only difference from Ovation that I can tell is the signs are bilingual. I'm not sure if the Northstar is running at all right now, but there are complimentary and fee reservations. The ship is clean, the service is fantastic. I'd pick the itinerary I like best.
  9. Unlike the Deluxe Beverage Package, the Refreshment Package does not need to be purchased by everyone in the stateroom. Enjoy!

  14. I checked throughout yesterday and today, using the exact steps that someone else reported having trouble with, and absolutely no issues on Chrome at any time. So, weird.
  15. Go into your Cruise Planner and then go to your Order History. You can cancel it from there. I'd send a screenshot, but the site no longer lets me, lol.

  19. Even with my TA taking care of things, it was a cruise planner glitch (I book Cruise Planner things myself, as do most people) that caused it. It said no money was due, but then due to the glitch, and even though it said zero balance, they canceled the cruise for a balance due (which wasn't real). So this 0 balance due email is very concerning.
  20. That's exactly what happened to me. Luckily my travel agent, @michelle, was on it like me on sushi and had it resolved the next day (which was a Sunday, and Mother's Day, and she's so fantastic. I'm sorry you have to do all of the leg work yourself, but I'm confident that they'll get it figured out for you.
