  1. The Walgreens NAAT test has a quick turnaround and will be accepted for boarding the ship.
  2. Just curious how you earned 3 of the same certificate? It was my understanding you could only earn 1 per sailing.
  3. The canceled sailing should trigger an automatic cancelation of all Cruise Planner purchases. It just may take longer to refund than if you would have canceled the purchase yourself.
  4. Go to the MDR and ask or look for someone on the Promenade holding The Key sign. Lunch should be available until 1:30pm.
  5. As long as you cancel within 24 hours of your port stop, yes.
  6. They have both on Oasis.
  7. Radiance class suite lounge only has complimentary drinks during Happy Hour. Another benefit of the suite is complimentary room service, including ordering off of the main dining room menu. There should be a separate breakfast dining location for suite guests to partake in as well.
  8. I'd check with anywhere that has specialty coffees. You may have to explain to them exactly what it is, but if they can make a cappuccino, they have the means available to make the frothy milk. No idea what or if they would charge for it since it's basically just milk, which is normally free on board.
  9. They just list the Tracy Arm cruising portion like it's a separate day, but you'll see that's just the morning before the Juneau port stop.
  10. I'm hoping that the price drops some. It's a small ship, so a lot less space to sell and it's pretty far into the future. I even booked at NextCruise and the price wasn't lower when my MEI TA pulled it into the group. It's refundable, so I have a loooong time to make a decision if this is actually feasible for me or not
  11. You have to type the @ and then start typing the username afterwards and wait for it to populate so you can click on the name to make it insert to where it notifies that user
  12. In the Windjammer there are usually some flavored waters available during lunch. They also have the standard juices available at breakfast (orange, cranberry, apple, tomato) that are included.
  13. The check-in that you pick on the app is more for people that will be arriving at the port in Seward on their own, so the check-in time that you pick on the app is likely irrelevant. Hopefully some folks that use this train service will be able to chime in and give you some insight as to what the procedure is. I would imagine that all of the train passengers will be arriving at the same time to the port and thus they will have their own dedicated check-in line at the cruise terminal (if the check-in doesn't actually happen at the Alaska Hospitality Center itself). The wellness check for vaccinated passengers simply consists of verifying that the health questions that you answered through the app at the 24-hour from sailing mark have not changed (or answering the questions if you didn't complete them in the app).
  14. Pretty sure it was @CruisingNewb
  15. It is very easy. There are people outside with signs for shuttle services that you can walk up to. There's also a taxi line. Additionally you can use Uber or Lyft or purchase an airport transfer through the cruiseline while onboard.
  16. The portions seemed to be the same. Of course, I can never finish my meal at hibachi any time that I visit. The prices seemed to be cheaper at lunch, too, which I didn't realize. I'm not sure how much the extra charge would be for lunch with the dining package, though, since we were Star Class on that cruise. I only recall ever seeing the 5pm hour and 9pm hour dining times (at the :00, :15, :30) available on the Cruise Planner for Harmony available for pre-booking but once you get onboard more spots are open to reserve. It seems a lot easier to get a spot for lunch than dinner.
  17. That's because they have it categorized with the Caribbean sailings instead of Panama Canal
  18. It was the same as the dinner menu when I had it for lunch last month on Harmony.
  19. As long as you are close enough to land you will have cell service. There is no $1.99 wifi feature. That's simply a chat feature to communicate solely with others onboard the ship.
  20. Wonder as a ship slightly edges out Oasis as my favorite. However, hands down, I'd go with the Star Class Oasis cabin over a Wonder GS any day.
  21. On the app everyone will be able to check in everyone else on the reservation, so it only takes on person to check in for the whole party. If you have multiple reservations, they need to be linked in order for you to see them in the app and check them in.
  22. The tip added to your refreshment package covers all of the gratuities for any drinks that you get using the package. If you purchase an alcoholic drink you will pay menu prices plus an automatic 18% gratuity on those drinks.
  23. Usually it is 13 and up, so your daughter will be fine.
  24. I do not. My experience is from 2014 so it's possibly completely different now. I remember there being very little details given out before the tour. If you are doing a post-tour, you likely are going from debarkation directly onto a shuttle. You have to consider the logistics of your luggage as well.
