  1. I'm not a margarita expert but I like spicy and felt compelled to order one since we were eating at Sabor. I really enjoy the Goal Post Margarita from Playmakers as well. It's got jalapeno and muddled pineapple.
  2. My automatic Invicta bought from Amazon for like $65 as a cheapo everyday watch that I didn't mind getting scratched and didn't expect to last is going strong after 12 years somehow.
  3. We had Sabor for dinner on Harmony in June and loved it. Biggest hits were the chips and fresh made guac, the chicken popper type app, and the desserts (churros and dessert chimichangas). We reordered apps for the table many times. The typical Mexican entrees like burritos were the underwhelming part, IMO. I'd order something like the steak next time. Oh yeah, I'm also a big fan of the jalapeno margarita, genuinely spicy.
  4. Are you aware there is a coffee machine in the Diamond Lounge that you can use virtually 24/7 without vouchers? I realize you may prefer Starbucks coffee or drinks beyond what the machine offers, just mentioning it.
  5. And you will see everything from casual to formal on both nights.
  6. Once officially assigned, you can ask to switch to any available cabin in the SAME EXACT CATEGORY. If you used a TA, they have to do it. If you booked yourself, just call. I switched my GTY cabin twice before my cruise last week. NOTE: This applies to US bookings, other countries have different rules.
  7. Yes, the chocolate chip cookies are awesome at Coco Cay. My wife updated her dessert hack last week when we were there. She made a crumbled cookie and brownie parfait type thing with the soft serve in a cup. This solves the melting sandwich issue, lol. I had one with just cookie and we agreed it was better without the brownie.
  8. Yes, there is a fancy coffee machine in every SL and DL. Cappuccinos, lattes, etc.
  9. It's being freshened up/repaired/etc. for when Allure goes to Galveston. This is the last cruise before it relocates. I would also be pissed.
  10. Any explanation why internet was horrible for me on Indy in July and wonderful last week? Same itinerary. Biggest difference was in my cabin (they were only 4 cabins apart). Barely worked in July, could stream video flawlessly this time. Performed better all over the ship and on Cococay as well. Serious question, not being snarky, just curious.
  11. Had a very similar speed on Indy this past week and everything up to and including streaming video worked great, even in my cabin. In July (pre-Starlink), internet was abysmal 4 cabins away.
  12. Just got off Indy this morning. WJ not very crowded on day one provided you have early boarding and get there when it opens at 11:30 (was actually more like 11:15 on Monday). Definitely gets crowded after that. 3rd "day one" on Indy since July and I enjoy being one of the first to scoop the seafood off the top of the paella that's always there.
  13. I meant in general on disembarkation morning. See my above answer. WJ bar should be open & you can order drinks in the MDR. YMMV. I have seen both successful & unsuccessful reports.
  14. As mentioned, you're actually nowhere near Orlando. Kennedy Space Center is an option.
  15. What else can you use them for in general or at Cafe Promenade? You may or may not be able to get a mimosa or bloody mary from the WJ bar or MDR. Fresh squeezed OJ, bottled water.
  16. There are tons of chairs and umbrellas everywhere. If you have a particular spot you want (probably not on your 1st visit since the remodel) you may want to get off the ship asap (that's what we do) but you will have no problem finding chairs in general. How many and which ships are there also impacts how crowded it is, of course. I was there twice in July with Indy and Freedom in port and it wasn't that bad. That said, looking forward to Thursday when Indy (my ship) will be the only one there.
  17. Agreed. Go to the MDR sometime early on day one & ask if any are available if you don’t have one.
  18. Handmade tortillas are such a small but great touch. To the OP, if you look at the map, the buffets are at Chill Grill & Skipper’s Grill, identical venues. They also have some sandwiches, hot dogs, burgers, salad, etc, but I’m too busy with the tacos. One dessert hack there… take 2 chocolate chip cookies to the soft serve machine for an ice cream sandwich (then try to eat it before it melts).
  19. They are… just don’t forget the funnel cake for dessert! (Same place as the chicken sandwiches, Snack Shacks).
  20. No, those are considered interior cabins even though they have windows b/c they face inside the ship. You will almost certainly get a window facing the ocean.
