  1. I've had the same problem for 24 hours now.
  2. Yes, when I scanned the barcode my setsail pass showed the muster station and the deck number.
  3. Just want to share a success story I have for upcoming 4/22 sailing on Allure. I booked a GTY balcony. First I want to confirm the bar code trick I learned from thus and other forums worked. For those who don't know this is a way when you have GTY cabin to find out your cabin number before its officially assigned. I believe it only works after you checkin. I did it as soon as I checked in which was right at midnight when it opened. You scan the barcode on your set sail pass and the last digits are your room. I just used the qr code reader app to do it. Got my official assignment today which confirmed that was in fact my room. Second thing I want to share is it is a great room! It is boardwalk view. No obstructions. And it has a view of both the ocean and the aquatheater. Exactly the roomtype I would have chosen myself! Side note: I'm on a streak of unicorn room luck. For those disney people out there (I have noticed a lot of overlap with royal caribbean and disney community) you'll get this. Last disney trip booked standard room at baylake tower and got view of magic kingdom so I could watch fireworks from my balcony. We are doing disney and staying at Boardwalk (our home resort) just before upcoming cruise, have garden/pool booked and hoping our luck continues and we get one of the rooms on village green which gives views of boardwalk and epcot
  4. Besides Uber/Lift (which will be last resort) what are my options for 3 people for under $150? I thought a shared shuttle would be an option but they seem to all be either scams or the reputable ones only serve the airports and airport hotels or hotel packages? The private services I've seen are $200+.
  5. I am on a cruise going to Nassau in April. I had previously booked a Blue Lagoon excursions. The canceled because I didn't know if it would be back on by my cruise. Now those excursions have reappeared in the app. But you can't actually click and book them. Anyone know what's up?
  6. Yeah, I just called and cancelled. I am going to book Margaritaville.
  7. That's super helpful. I think I'll give it a couple of weeks and if they haven't resumed book Pearl Island or Margaritaville.
  8. When I have looked into this it seems the 2 major advantages are reduced deposit and ship credit. The ship credits don't seem high enough to be an incentive, because I could get more than that booking in other ways. But that together with reduced deposit may be if that means that that is all I will lose if I cancel? My question essentially is, if I only have to pay $25 deposit per person (for example) verses $100 per person deposit for same cruise does that mean I only lose that $25 per person if I cancel (assuming I's in the window of no additional penalty)?
  9. I booked Blue Lagoon for April. I know Royal Caribbean has not yet resumed excursions there. On the app when I click on my reservation it is still there but I can't do anything with it, it says to call to cancel or for questions. I am wondering if there is any intel as to whether it will be going by April. If not I am considering either Pearl Island or Margaritaville, so seeking thoughts on those options as well. I am with my husband and a 10-year old.
  10. I am confused as to whether we have to pay per person even though it is a 2-person Kayak? Others have noted with the daybeds you just reserve for one and when I look at booking that it does default to reserving just for one. But with the Kayak it is not so clear, if i go to book it defaults to booking everyone in my family separately.
  11. 2 questions: 1) trying to decide which waterpark to do on nassau/perfect day cruise. All are astronomically priced but must-do at least one for my will be 10-year-old. Atlantis is most expensive so I'll eliminate that. Baha mar in nassau and the one in cococay are comparably priced. Which is better of the 2? Would want my 10-year old to have a lot of stuff to do by himself. 2) trying to decide if drink package necessary for kid. He doesn't drink lemonade or iced tea. But he doesn't really need soda or fresh squeezed juice. Is regular juice available all day? Or will he be stuck with water if he doesn't have a drink package?
  12. To clarify: I paid a deposit of $300 and there are 3 of us. So, what I really mean is that I will have to pay the $100 per person penalty, which amounts to everything I paid.
  13. I am booked on allure of the seas for presidents week 2024 but I'm nervous it will be chilly in Florida and the Bahamas in February so thinking about switching to April. Any way to transfer the deposit or am I out $100 per person no matter what?
