  1. Show Reservations are available as of 05/04... Mamma Mia Blue Planet AquaTheater Show Ice Show
  2. If I remember it was only offered on specific ships that didn't have a full kitchen. Vision of the Seas had them pre-2020...
  3. You can ask for Coke Zero at bars... Other options available too but I understand the frustration of not having all the options in a Freestyle Machine...
  4. Family Cruise coming up this summer with 3 households spread across 4 staterooms. Online check-in is opening soon per the App splash screen. Will it go live for everyone at same time - i.e. shortly after mightnight EST the day of - or does it role out amongst local time zones the users find themselves in? Some of our party are going to be in Hawaii for a conference the day of check-in and will be 6hrs behind the rest of us and my worry is favorable early time slots will be booked by the time they get access if it's based on location... Thanks
  5. Who was the headliner show for this sailing? I cruised the week before and it was the final shows for an 80's tribute act after a two-month residency onboard...
  6. If I remember correctly there were 4 Ice Shows on our sailing. One on night 1, one on night 3, and 2 on day 5. We went on night 3 and there were plenty of seats available 5m prior to showtime... This was our experience in main theater as well... Only had issues with events in Star/Imperial Lounge (Forget the name of it on each ship, Deck 5 Forward Freedom/Voyager Classes), Schooner Bar, Boleros, and the Pub... I really wish they would hold events on Deck 14 in the Night Club during day hours. Plenty of space up there.... Guess they don't want to staff that bar for more hours...
  7. They didn't offer this event on our most recent cruise... When I asked the Loyalty Ambassador why, they replied 'No Pinnacles onboard so no Top Tier event...' Was a bit disappointed... This was a 5 night sailing on Adventure...
  8. They didn't offer this event on our most recent cruise... When I asked the Loyalty Ambassador why, they replied 'No Pinnacles onboard so no Top Tier event...' Was a bit disappointed...

  10. These were the themes each night: 1: White 2: Dress to Impress (Formal) 3: Tropical 4: 70's 5: Casual Pretty much anything goes as far as clothes in MDR. They will not prohibit you from entering unless you're dripping wet in a swimsuit with no shoes on... Plenty of shorts, t-shirts, and ball caps on Formal night and every other night (on kids and adults...) The do not do FREE lobster on sailings shorter than 7 nights- this was the case even before Pandemic... You can purchase a Cold-Water Lobster tail for ~$15.95 if I remember correctly... Tips: Ice Skating show was great. We did this ship in 12/2021 and the show was still impressive to us despite having seen it. Great music choices and fun costumes Seems like the attendance for trivia and games has increased over the past several years. Arrive early if you want a seat. Breakfast in the Windjammer was the same on both sides, and the breakfast menu options did not change each day aside from one or two of the International/Asian dishes. Hadn't experienced the Avocado Toast stations before. They will custom make you a toast if you do not like the pre-made options. We did do the brunch option in the MDR one morning. It was ok. Some different/unique menu option at the meal but service tended to drag and we had things we wanted to do... We had a drink package that included soda but we never even bothered getting our mugs. Just got soda/drinks from various bars across the ship. The Freestyle machines seemed to be in need of maintenance or had a long line every time we walked by them. Shorts parade on night 1 about 5pm on Promenade. Arrive early to claim a spot to watch or look out your window if you have an interior view... The pickleball sessions while at sea usually end up being a washout as it is too windy on Sports Court. New Terminal was fantastic, suggest the Port of Galveston North Lot- worth the increased $$$ to not have to deal with shuttles. 3 minute walk to your car... Enjoy your cruise....
  11. Figured most Texas Spring Breakers are trying out Allure of Seas on her First Galveston Spring Break... We are on Adventure visiting Cozumel and Costa Maya with hopefully less chaos...
  12. I'm in a Facebook group for Liberty of the Seas and someone posted about a Fatality during a RC Sponsored Snuba excursion in Grand Cayman last week. The post does not have any follow-up comments nor can I find any media reports. It seemed legit but the fact I cannot find any other mention is suspect... Any heard anything else?
  13. We literally had a voice mail on our cabin phone informing us... No other notification... Other passengers had 5:30 crossed out on their seapass card with 5:00 handwritten in marker...
  14. If we ate lunch nobody would be hungry for our assigned 5pm dinner...
  15. our 5:30 Dinner got moved to 5pm last week Liberty. Lunch pretty much got cancelled all week and a few excursion days got shortened. We complained in the survey...
  16. I submitted the receipt for ~$199.98 for 6 proctored tests to Aetna and was reimbursed 100%. Understand that policies can vary greatly...
  17. Asking specifically about upcoming trip to Maya Chan but I guess the scenario could apply to other resorts as well... Taxi ride is included in pricing of resort... Would you still tip the taxi driver a few bucks coming and going? Personally leaning in that direction but just wanted thoughts from others...
  18. Maya Chan Beach Resort in Costa Maya posted on their Facebook Page that they will be closed from July 1, 2022 till October 12, 2022. Plan accordingly... We are visiting them the first week in June for the first time... I think Matt may be heading there next week on Wonder and can get the details...
  19. We UDP for a lunch at JR on Adventure of the Seas in 12/21.
  20. My bad... Need to pay more attention to this page: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2020/04/01/whats-the-differences-between-each-of-the-oasis-class-ships
