Beer is at about $5.50 to $6. Soda I think is still right around $2 per can. And yes, sharing packages are against the rules BUT if you're just giving your wife the soda cup and not sharing anything else I don't really think that's a problem personally (the rules would say otherwise).

Are you looking to do the actual ceremony onboard or on shore? If you do it on shore and celebrate back onboard, no one will mind. But if you're trying to hold a wedding ceremony onboard without anyone knowing to get around the cost, I do think Royal Caribbean will mind.

I will say the Quantum-class is a great ship for older kids. Same holds true for Oasis class.

My advice is to take any review with a grain of salt. Everyone is different and everyone finds different things good or bad. Look at food as an example, some dish I find utterly disgusting you may absolutely love. Doesnt mean either of us are wrong. Same with cruise reviews. I'd keep what you have, have an open mind and enjoy your vacation!

On Quantum they had a variation on white hot. They had a glow party where you could bring or buy glow sticks and other things that glowed. Certainly white clothes help with the effect.

If it helps at all, I can tell you noise from staterooms next to me has never been an issue. Other than on Jewel of the Seas when we had noise bleed from the Centrum, we've never really had noise concerns from next door.

Welcome Matt! I think you mean Cozumel, not Cancun, right? Or did the itinerary vastly change and I was not paying attention? :P I think the best spot for parasailing is either Cozumel or Falmouth. Everything tends to be a little more expensive in Grand Cayman, so I might opt for Cozumel because of the views of the ocean, island and the mainland. I haven't done a parasail at either but if it were me, I'd price shop to see what's available. I was on Navigator back in February 2014 and LOVED it. Dare I say it's my favorite RC ship because of the refurbishments. Do yourself a favor and book a reservation at Sabor. Or four. It's that good.
