Following along silently. I'm am always so excited for you on your cruises as you can feel your excitement. So sorry you felt lousy last night and had to cut the night short. That really sucks and such a disappointment. Glad you slept it off and feeling well today. For the treat selection above....I recently discovered those danishes. They don't look like anything special but you take one bit and yum. So good! The custard is nice and sweet, the fruit perfect, and the danish itself the right sweetness (and messiness as it breaks away). Enjoy your day today in solatium. It's fun to follow along (and even better from your side).

Wife’s cabin snacks (now in a ziploc). Our setup for the day. When my wife got up here she said there were only two people in the entire Solarium… and they chose our spot by the hippos. So we’re in the same spot on the other side. No hippos, just rocks. So far it’s still fairly cool in here. May get warmer once we’re docked and it’s later in the day but definitely seems like they have the air going stronger than last month. Pretty big deal since these enclosed Solariums on Wonder/Utopia are virtually greenhouses. Clearly they really can be climate controlled as long as the a/c is cranked up.

Last random comment… Super peaceful in here… until a woman decided to make a phone call in an otherwise silent CL (besides the background music).

That's better. I’m starving after lack of eating last night, lol. Random observation. My wife’s naked chocolate croissants are now called “pain au chocolat” which is really what they are. @dougalsgirl will appreciate that part.

Figured out why so many crew. They’re redecorating the food area with fake plants n stuff. It’s lovely… but I want danish & donuts! Food is out but no tongs & I don’t wanna get in their way. Oops, someone else did, guess I’ll follow along. Quiet in here as usual besides the unusual amount of crew. I bet it’s 2 guys done at 6:30 for the rest of the cruise.

Feel better! So true, nothing is worse than not feeling well on vacation. Congrats on the block! Great ship to earn this milestone!

Wife went walking and I headed to the CL. Trying to move forward from last night. Windy with some clouds as I walked across deck 16 (I really do enjoy that early morning walk). Hoping to have a bomb day! OK, I felt old typing that, lol. I started taking pics of all the languages but there are like a dozen and I wanted coffee. Looked like food was being put out (it was done at 6:30 last month) but there are like 4 crew members in here setting up displays, possibly training a new guy, not sure. So I’m sipping my americano (I transitioned from cappuccino) and waiting. Will have something with my 2nd cup then bring croissants back for my wife.

Hopefully you get better through out the day. Nothing worse than trying to enjoy a vacation and not feel well.

This will truly be a quick catch up & not for a great reason. After sail away my wife went to shower before dinner so I made a quick ELF run. It wasn’t crowded (Cantina Fresca was packed though so I skipped the margarita). First bit of Utopia loudness back by the aft pool music for sail away but it will always be loud back there. This was waiting in the cabin… After my own shower, we took some photos, went to check out the CL (nothing exciting, no pics), and eventually made our way to WJ for dinner. Nothing too exciting there either, wife made chicken parm out of chicken fingers again. Sorry, no pics again. Things kinda went downhill after that. I started to get a headache earlier (nothing unusual) but it got worse and then I started feeling pretty terrible. Long story short, that was the extent of our night. No aqua show, wasted vouchers, no snack, etc. I know the important thing is that I feel OK now but it doesn’t feel that way at the moment. At least I managed to sleep for a while. Hopefully my wife slept OK too, she’s still out. We’re in Nassau today so we’ll just be hanging out in the Solarium. We didn’t have a show planned tonight (it would have been All In) so I’m guessing we’ll go to the 8:30 aqua show standby (or maybe ask Jen or the CL concierge to make us a reservation since the app thinks we saw it last night).

2 more left!!!! Can’t wait. But first we shall hit up Kobe’s Steak house tonight!!! Gotta get warmed up.
