DrunkysAmazingRaceWinner
Called today to buy just one delux beverage package and was informed that my wife who doesn't drink soda was REQUIRED to buy a refreshment package.... is this a new policy? I though you could call and get an excemption to only get one package? Thanks! Collin
RBRSKI
I have heard that they force you into buying the refreshment package which I think is a load of c__p! Keep going up the chain of command and see if they honor just one w/o refreshment pack.

At first (last August-October) they would exempt the other adult if you called them, but I think too many too advantage and now the other must purchase a refreshment package. WAAAYTOOO
Be thankful that they are allowing the second person to purchase only the refreshment package. The actual policy is that if 1 person purchases the deluxe drink package then all persons in the cabin 21 years of age or more must also purchase the deluxe drink package. coneyraven and Lovetocruise2002
hooked-on-cruising
I agree... i would rather purchase a beverage package than a 2nd drink package for my wife.. she is a insulin dependent diabetic, so no alcohol for her.. but a diet soda/juice/water package is not unreasonable.. You can call and get an exemption with the other person getting the non-alcoholic package. They;'ve changed it up a bit, but they do require both adults to get a drink package of some kind.
