Gilley
Is OBC assigned to the first person on the booking or split between cabin mates.
PPPJJ-GCVAB
It is typically placed on the first person listed in the room. However you can go to Guest Services and request having it split amongst the room occupants. DoomSlayer and CrimsonCruiser
CrimsonCruiser
Like @PPPJJ-GCVAB said, it usually ends up all lumped to one account so you'll definitely want to pop to GS to get it split. I also suggest doing this before you starting spending any money as I've found it seems to take a bit longer (48 hours vs 12) to get it applied if you already have a tab on your account. smokeybandit
It depends. It could be all lumped into the primary on the reservation or it could be split among the first 2 guests or split evenly. As mentioned above, go to GS if it's not split the way you want it. Though this is only useful if you're going to have people using different credit cards on board. If all guests are on the same CC, it really doesn't matter. PPPJJ-GCVAB and DoomSlayer
Brando95
The only exception to this that I can think of is the OBC that comes with redeeming the RC Credit Card points... those you can designate to be specific to the person redeeming them or to be shared although I've only ever redeemed for me so not sure how it works in practice. Reigert2008
Also remember that there are (at least) two kinds of credit: Refundable OBC -- anything not used can be refunded back to the original form of payment Non-Refundable OBC -- anything not used is forfeited There is a "trick" where you can do a room charge in the casino and "cash out" the non-refundable OBC which we have used a few times. However this last time they asked "you cashed out and did not play?", so I wonder if they are monitoring that and looking to remove that as an option in the future. They are also starting to limit your ability to do room charges on the Slot machines if you don't play at least some of the credits. I've personally never had a problem because I play in the casino and just make sure to take a little extra out for tips. But the people that are not playing are getting 24 hour holds put on their account before the can do another room charge in the casino.
