RC credit card 4 points per dollar bonus

Right now there is a promotion to get 4 points for every dollar spent on RC purchases. The fine print says it doesn't apply to onboard purchases.  Does anyone know if that would also apply to Next Cruise bookings made onboard. Kind of complicated but I don't even know who to ask.

A NextCruise booking isn't an onboard purchase in the sense of dining, drinks, etc.

 

But NextCruise is only a couple hundred dollars with the deposits. The value of the promo is to pay off as many cruises as possible during the promo window.

A few weeks ago, they did a 2x point promo on any purchase, so we paid a final balance. Didn't expect they do 4x points, but they did!

Hopefully  you got 4 points per dollar on your final balance since you get 2 for 1 points on RC purchases.

I bought gas with my RC Visa last month and found on my statement that I was getting triple points there...and I had no idea why but just accepted it. Strange.
