Pick your own room

Im looking to book a sea view balcony room and an opposite interior. Is this only possible via the 'pick your own room' option or is it possible to phone up and get them to do it via the 'we pick your room' rate?

If you want to pick specific rooms, then you cannot book a guarantee (aka "we pick your room").

You must select for both rooms the "pick your own room" option.

Otherwise, it's random which rooms you get.

You don’t get it both ways. You either pick and have 100% say in the room locations or Royal does.

Your chances of getting a balcony and interior that are opposite from each other on the guarantee rate are like winning the lottery. If you don't want to take that chance, pay the pick your room rate.

You need to pick your own rooms to get them across from one another.

That is a component of location. You want them LOCATED directly across from each other. As was said above, it would be like hitting the lotto should these two GTY cabins just happen to be located across from each other. So if cabin location in proximity to each other is important…you will have to pay for that peace of mind.

While I know it's all computerized, I still picture this when I see the option to let RC pick my room
