CanHardlyWait
I know how to see my obc balance. Is there anyway to see the breakdown of where/who the credits came from? Example: $25 priceline $50 RoyalCaribbean Etc etc
Xaa
I don't think so. Just the total available. Ryan79, CanHardlyWait and ZBrady 2
CrimsonCruiser
Nope, just gives you the total. Doesn't even show if they're split between cruisers. My mom and I redeemed credit card points for OBC and each of us put it in as "individual" instead of "shared". But when they appeared on the cruise planner, it's just giving us a lump sum. Scatmanjack
I wish they would reference where OBC is being sourced from... I have gotten several credits randomly appearing in the past few months across different bookings...
smokeybandit
My last cruise on the last day I got $5 (yes, $5) of additional C&A OBC. No idea why. WAAAYTOOO and CrimsonCruiser
amanalo217
OBC from a gift certificate from my TA never showed up in planner. Only saw it in account info on app once I boarded. WAAAYTOOO

I was warned it wouldn't be accessible until we got on board and I did ask why but I don't think they really had an answer for me. I've learned to be okay with it since we usually get direct-from-Royal OBC also that can be used in the CP.
