PARodgers99
I'm sailing on Wonder in a few days, going out of Rome. It shows my sailing and correct reservation number on there, but when I try to select, it says "We're getting out ship together". I'm not able to go in and see my reservations or anything. I've seen before that those sailing out of Rome specifically have seen this issue due to the two embarkation port thing, which makes sense since all of the itineraries for the ship are for those going out of Barcelona only. Has anyone who's sailed out of Rome recently been able to resolve this issue?
Poolside
This happens to me frequently. I have found that uninstalling the Royal Caribbean app and then reinstalling it will fix the issue for me. RCIfan1912 and Neesa
wordell1
Because Rome is the secondary starting point for the cruise - with Barcelona being the primary. The App will not work for you properly. RCIfan1912, Pattycruise and Neesa 1
Jack805
I'm not sure about the specific itinerary with two embarkation ports, but I've found that the Royal app can be a bit buggy sometimes and actually had to sign out and sign back into the app to fully view my new reservation. It seems like some stuff gets cached there and only resolves with a sign out/in (and in rare instances a deletion and reinstall too). Ampurp85
I recall reading that the app doesn't work well when doing transatlantic sailings because of people getting on and off at multiple ports.
FionaMG
It's exactly what @wordell1 said and it has been that way forever. You would think by now, after several years of interporting, that the IT department would have figured out a way to give guests embarking at the secondary embarkation point proper access to the app. It's not something that guests can resolve for themselves, unfortunately.
