Pooch
Ok do I have this right? We cancelled our Izumi prepaid reservations cuz, ya know, Tom & Greg aren’t here, and they refunded to my on board account. No plans to use any of it so I go to the casino, insert my seapass card into a slot machine, load the amount of the credit and immediately cash out (is it like a button on the machine? So clueless) then take the slip(?) to the cashier & they give me the cash?
AspiringCruisePlanner
I'd go to the cashier, charge your room to get the equivalent in chips, and put it all on black. You've had some bad luck lately so you're due for a payout Here's Ashley's guide to doing what you're asking. Pooch
Thank you, I knew she posted a detailed set of instructions but couldn’t find it! AshleyDillo
Linda R
I went to cashier to get cash on my seapass card on Oasis last week and they instructed me to go to a slot machine and do it. Was easy. Then cashed out my slip at cashier. Am sure enough people gamble a little with this method! As they are hoping
rjac
Last week on the Odyssey, I had over$100.00 of refundable OBC. Did the casino thing and they referred me to customer service. Went to them and the next day (debarkation) it was credited back to my credit card (Royal Caribbean/BOA).
