Erin C
I've tried to look it up, but I've been unsuccessful. Can anyone tell me if the soft serve (specifically on the Allure of the Seas) contains eggs? My 7yo son has an egg allergy. I know they will be very accommodating in the dining room, but he's going to be really bummed if everyone else can grab soft serve and he can't. I also know that most other desserts throughout the ship will contain egg, so it would be nice to have something easy for him. I just want to set his expectations beforehand. Thanks! AlmondFarmer
The mix I have seen poured into the soft serve machines comes in containers. Ask the crew member managing the station to see an empty jug and read the ingredients. It is possible that not every ship uses the same brand or source of product. smokeybandit
Obviously you're asking for allergy reasons so you can never assume, but soft serve mix tends to just be oils, sugars and stabilizers (which theoretically could be egg, but is typically something more shelf stable). The soft serve ice cream is really soft serve franken-ice MaryCS62 and Erin C

smokeybandit
Non dairy gum-based beverages is basically what's in that mix. USCG Teacher
HeWhoWaits
Those with mild dairy allergies can safely consume the soft serve. It is NOT ice cream. As for egg-related ingredients? That's a mystery. Erin C
