There may be someone here who has that specific concierge email so you can email them. I always at minimum make my Coastal Kitchen reservations by responding to their introduction email. Sailing on Sunday you may receive it tonight and maybe even tomorrow, it's not to late yet. I have received the email as close to the sailing as 3 days. We went up to the suite lounge on deck 17 and our concierge took care of the reservations. We were able to book the Coastal Kitchen prior to the cruise.
