Allen2 Posted October 2, 2020 Report Share Posted October 2, 2020 As of October 1, Carnival has not cancelled November 1 - December 31 sailings from Miami and Port Canaveral. Almost all other Carnival cruises are cancelled until December 31 or later (MANY much later). For those that might be questionable, you can pay a refundable rate so booking hotels is a lower risk. Airlines - if you book through the cruise line, you would get the same refund protection as its tied to the cruise, but lately even a couple of airlines have suspended change fees or penalties for cancellation.
