family#1 Posted December 24, 2019 Report Posted December 24, 2019 We are going on our first Royal Caribbean cruise next year. We'd love recommendations for a Miami hotel that would accommodate 5 of us. What transportation to the port do you suggest? Thanks Quote
CoupleOfCruisers Posted December 24, 2019 Report Posted December 24, 2019 We like the Miami Downtown Hilton woke up in morning could see our ship. They offer shuttle to port. Or it was $7 Uber. We book the stay, park & go. Ended up being only $10 more then parking at port for the week. There is couple fast food and grocery store (Publix) across street. Next door is a free tram takes you around town to different spots! family#1 1 Quote

Snagged a Jr Suite Bay View for a killer price. Glad to hear you liked it. CoupleOfCruisers 1 Quote

Lovetocruise2002 Posted December 25, 2019 Report Posted December 25, 2019 +1 for the Intercontinental Miami. Get a Bay View room. Matt 1 Quote
Iluv4n6 Posted December 25, 2019 Report Posted December 25, 2019 And book early! I was a little slow on the trigger for booking one of the recommended hotels for our Symphony cruise in Feb--but we did squeeze into the Hilton Downtown booking in early Dec. Options already seemed to be getting thin 2 mos out or prices really moving up for remaining rooms. Quote
