I'm really curious to know what they're going to do with Empress. I like there being a ship that small in the fleet. I would hope, after all the money they spent on her, that they'd keep her for a few more years at least.

First of all, I would like to say a HUGE thank you to those members who helped me complete my collection (special mention to Jerel and Steve L).
I now have the entire RCI fleet in model form. I think I need a bigger display cabinet!!

Hi Matt, probably the easiest way to do this is a little copying and pasting from Wikipedia... 
Bacon is prepared from several different cuts of meat. It is usually made from side and back cuts of pork, except in the United States, where it is almost always prepared from pork belly (typically referred to as "streaky", "fatty", or "American style" outside of the US and Canada). Side bacon, or streaky bacon, comes from pork belly. It is very fatty with long layers of fat running parallel to the rind. This is the most common form of bacon in the United States.
 
So, pretty much, what Americans just call bacon, we refer to as streaky bacon (because there are lots of other types of bacon over here). I like the streaky (ie. fatty) stuff because it has the best flavour, even though it's not really very healthy for you. :)

I will be on Independence in April if anyone wants me to buy them a model, this will be from the UK but can ship abroad.

I can say iv done this for Mason twice before and he has paid up.
It would be nice to see him get the whole fleet.

2 Anthem models now in the mail to members. I'm sure you will like them, they seemed to have stepped up their game with the painting. Plus the North Star spins around, fancy smancy.
 
Now we just need to get Mason the Empress! After getting the Navigator in February he will be one short of having every ship in the fleet.

Thankfully, due to the wonderful members on this forum, I've now got Harmony, Anthem and Navigator sorted. I just need an Empress model if anyone is sailing anytime soon please...

Does anyone have any cruises coming up on Empress, Navigator, Harmony or Anthem? These are the only models I need. If you have a cruise planned, can I please send you the money to buy the model for me while you're onboard and pay you for postage to get the model to me here in Australia. A couple of people on here have generously helped me out previously and can vouch for me.

I will be on Navigator in December for Christmas + New Year's.  Can't wait !!!

I did this for Mason befor and can say he payed for the model and postage very quickly, no funny business.
 
It would be great to see his impressive collection be complete.
 
I'm going on Anthem on Dec 9th, then on the Navigator mid Febuary. I'll drop a line just in case you haven't gotten any by then.
