The wife and I will be decorating our cabin door with a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our upcoming anniversary cruise!

Sorry, I don't know but I'm guessing it's probably about the same or a  bit longer due to the size.  we tend to do the self-assist.

I'm not usually one to book flights before noon for safety reasons (the ship can be delayed), but I would lean towards the 11 a.m. flight.  We did normal disembarkation, but had a low number and walked off the ship at 8:15, by the curb by 8:30, and arrived at FLL by 8:45.  We actually had to wait 20 minutes to check our bags as Southwest only accepts bags 4 hours before flights.

Out of Fort Lauderdale, my choices right now are 11 am or 2:50 pm. I think 11 am is doable, just want to know how tight. I don't like feeling rushed in the morning. :)
If I take the 2:50 pm one, is there anything to do at the airport?
    Thx!!

If you don't want to feel rushed, do 2:50pm.  11am is doable, but I think you will have some pep in your step.

Harmony, Liberty, and Adventure are the only ships to currently have water slides.

A final night will NEVER he held on the last night of a cruise. If day 5 or 6 is a sea day, it will be then. If both are port days, it will likely be in the night that the ship leaves port earliest.

I've never been on her but looking at the deck plans I would say deck 5.

Oh yes, doctor it as you see fit.  The bottom line is the porters just need to be able to see your deck and room number.

Yes you can use own equipment.
I could be wrong, but I do not believe lifejackets are provided unless you book it through RC.  I've never tried it, so not entirely sure. I do know that when we were at a cabana in Barefoot Beach, they had lifejackets for my kids to use in the ocean for swimming.

I'm on the 7 day western on Allure in a few weeks and I'm pretty sure the second formal night is on night 5 which is at sea day before Cozumel

Congrats! I got off of Harmony a few weeks ago and your kids are going to love it! You will never want to sail a different class of ships again after sailing her. Ask away, I live in Fort Lauderdale as well if you have local questions as far as where to stay prior to cruise, activities, dining exc.

I get asked about this feature a lot and it costs extra for that feature.
It runs about $35/month for it, which is not currently in the budget. Of course, if more folks become Insiders, that could change.

The software Matt uses had an upgrade.  I don't mind the loss of signatures - some folks' were getting a bit "excessive" when it came to the amount of screen real estate used.

For those with kids, Adventure Ocean will provide a lanyard during registration that has a safety clasp.

The schedule you saw in the Cruise Compass is a plan for the activities during that session.
On a sea day, there are 3 sessions:
Morning: 9am-12pm Afternoon: 2pm - 5pm Evening: 7pm - 10pm As you saw, there is a listing of the various activities the kids will do in each session.
If your question is there a way to determine what time a specific activity will occur, the answer is no.  The pacing of each session depends on the kids.

I just booked a Boardwalk balcony room. I noticed part of the perks is lunch or dinner for 4 at Johnny Rockets. If our party has only 2 people, can we eat there twice? :)

You have to book a cruise for the maximum benefit; however, you can change it to another without any problem.  So, essentially, you'd create a dummy booking as far out as possible until you find the exact one that you want.
