So I just returned from an amazing time on the Indy for 6 nights. And on the last night a buddy who was not on the cruise asked me to play $25 on the line between O, OO. I am not a gambler at all so I had no idea what I was doing. Anyway, to make a long story short, I got $25 in chips and placed it where he had asked me to and I won!! The host at the table gave me the winning chips and I went to cashier to cash out. I was given $297.00. I then went up to my stateroom to call it a night. As I was in bed I texted my buddy to tell him he won and how much and he told me that I was not given the correct amount. He is a gambler and knew the winnings should have been around $450.00. He wanted me to get out of bed and go up to casino but at that point I really didn't want to. Now that I am home I am feeling a little disappointed in the casino because they took advantage of me. Is there anything I can do?

We did our first escape room on the Symphony over Thanksgiving and we had a great time!!!! Just be aware, friends who had done it on other RCCL ships asked if the Symphony was the same and they said yes. After, we told them some of the things we did, they said it was nothing like the other ships.

Good Morning, Since we are talking Coffee, I started a discussion/question about if the mass quantity brewed was a powder form of coffee? My buddy made reference to this discussion on a previous cruise. No one on the blog didn't give a clear answer. I find it hard to believe it powder and would love to say he is wrong but need proof!

I can almost guarantee you that this perk for Diamond and Diamond + will go away in the next year permanently. And guess what they replaced it with "The Key" Loyal people to RCCL will not generate the 24.99 per day charge! As one on this board will always say it's all about the profit!

I had a rumor that the coffee on Royal Ships are made from powder? I find this very hard to believe! This individual made reference to the Oasis class ships and the number of passengers, they would not be able to brew coffee the traditional way of hot water and coffee grinds.

You made two excellent points!!!! I live pretty mush dead center between FLL and PBI. I can't imagine that the Max time from Port Everglades to PBI will exceed 1 hour. I will say most of the time President Trump leaves in the afternoon hours. It's such a straight shot from the Port 595 west to 95 North that's it.

Going on the Allure this Sunday and know the Diamond Lounge manager from our cruise in March and know she is on the ship. Was going to bring some fresh cut flowers to her. Can I? Of course, I always bring a gift as well, but thought flowers would be something special that would brighten up her day! Rich

Got this notification yesterday about our Thanksgiving cruise on the Symphony 11/17/18 Dear Valued Guest, We have an itinerary update to share with you for your Symphony of the Seas cruise. As a result of low water depths and docking issues at the port in Miami, Florida, we've adjusted the time we will be in Nassau, Bahamas. We'll now be there at 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM instead of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to ensure we arrive back in Miami as scheduled.

I have totally been on a cruise with this guy who works for the sports team! I think it may have been the Allure for spring break in March or the Freedom in May. Who knows, I may run into him on the Allure in two weeks 10/14. I guess it's not a bad problem if all of your cruises start running into one another! ? First Day of October!

I know what happened, you decided not to use the board! LOL Hey, u gave it a try. I am always impressed with the older people who try as well. They are the ones that get the most cheers!! Keep practicing! You'll get hooked. And just think it's not only on RCCL ships, we went to Margaritaville Resort in Hollywood FL a day this summer. And I have to say it was a little scary to watch because they basically have no rules!

Thanks for the pictures and knowing we have active people like you enjoying features like this on RCCL ships! We are a FlowFamily of three(sometimes the wife joins us) and even though the lines get long, it's a great time to actually talk to your children. Our children always wanted to be with us not in Adventure Ocean.

So a little confused, is the new quick guide going to have all the same information as the single sheet "boarding day" one? The pictures only show a layout of the ship! I personally like the hard copy!

I have heard that they force you into buying the refreshment package which I think is a load of c__p! Keep going up the chain of command and see if they honor just one w/o refreshment pack.

They are now locked behind a vending type of machine in your stateroom closet for a low price of $10 per day. CC are accepted. Oh no, I just gave RCCL an Idea! Just Kidding! ? Sorry for the humor, riding high from our 3-0 start of the season!
