How about they step up to the plate and indicate what has changed similar to when operations change during a hurricane. I know I am asking to much from them! This has been something they have never experienced!

It's a shame that we all have to speculate on what Royal is going to do! They have dropped the ball on many things related to this virus, and I am tried of hearing excuses. They have had ENOUGH time to figure this stuff out. This quote from "bobroo" was said perfectly, "Why do so many people here have a difficult time for Royal being exposed for doing something obviously wrong?" It's LESS then one month till June 12th, they know if they are going to sail on this date TODAY! Royal indicates when something is updated related to COVID 19 on the web site. It says it was updated today, It would be great to know what the heck it is? One last thing, I can't wait for the "Memorial Day Sale" to be published! It's going to be AMAZING, not holding my breath!

Heck I would wear my SCBA, nah, it's to heavy and it would only last 40 minutes. I would bring my own, but it would be a nice gesture if Royal provided in the stateroom on the first day one for each day per person. They get skanky past one day.

I think they also moved to this process because some children have NO manners and yes many adults as well would make a mess. And most of these children should have had the parents helping them because they were to young.

You know what I hope Royal is doing as we wait for cruising to resume, working EVERYDAY hours upon hours on their covid-19 plan presentation to the CDC. Please Please Please Don't wait until the CDC gives the green light for cruising!

Absolutely! If Royal sent me an email today (should have received a apology one for the refund debacle) saying I was picked to be a test passenger to experience how new procedures on board would be, I would have my bags packed in 30 minutes and at the port in 25 minutes.

I feel the pain for all of us who are waiting for refunds! NEVER received one email apologizing! I know email communications from Royal works because I received this from them! I'm sure they have some type of excuse!

Good Morning, I know Matt just posted information on this topic but I don't believe this issues has been addressed. If I book a cruise in July today, and the price goes down. I know I will get a OBC for the difference. What happens to that OBC if the Cruise is Cancelled ?

Don't hold your breath on them being pro active with the cancellation. They have waited last minute for cancellations and refunds.
