And to make matters worse, the State Department just today raised the threat level for Jamaica from a 2 to a 3 level because of 65 murders in the last 4 weeks. I am not giving this information about Nassau (18 murders first 3 weeks) and Jamaica to scare anyone. I just want them to be aware of it and take the proper precautions when traveling to these countries. I am sure that if you book a tour through the ship, you will be fine.

My local paper has warned several times now in this past couple of weeks about a warning notice the State Department has put out regarding Nassau. From the paper - "United States residents traveling to the Bahamas should exercise “extreme caution” in Nassau in the wake of 18 murders since Jan. 1, the State Department said in a new travel advisory." I normally don't go outside of the port for this very reason. But, what are your thoughts?
And if it is that bad, then why would Royal still be making port calls there?

On Harmony of the Seas, is the sea pass card still being used or did they go to a wristband for passengers?
-
Will Coco Cay allow a small floating inner tube in their main pool? I have never seen one there, but I didn't know if that was because no one brought one, or was it that it is not allowed. I was just in Bimini at Virgin Voyages beach and they actually supply them - after lunch.
-
Am I still allowed to place decorations on the outside of my cabin door? I had heard that some of the cruise lines were prohibiting this practice.

we've done this; accommodations in miami can be pricey.
we booked an uber from FLL to the port of miami. i think it took around 30 mins or so, very easy. while the port of miami is much easier to get in and out of than port everglades (especially for uber drivers, many have told us this), it does back up quickly; be sure to give yourself ample time to get there before it gets too busy, and you should be fine.
I have been thinking of doing the same with the Uber. Do you remember what the cost at the time was?

I made my reservation for a Junior Suite on April 29, Harmony sailing and paid with my credit card. But they told me I couldn't choose my own cabin and that RC would have to notify me of the cabin number I will be assigned. And that was about 3-weeks ago. About how long should I expect to wait for r them to assign a reserved, paid-for cabin? And if the paid-for cabin is not available after going through RC Next Cruise to book the cruise, would they upgrade to the next level if they can't give me the Junior Suite?

if you feel comfortable sharing — no pressure — were you unable to book the other days in CK, or did you just have other plans?
We ate at specialty restaurants on 3 of the other nights. But when we made our last-minute reservations, we had to check back since there were no openings at the time. (P.S. - We gave the server a very nice tip on the first night and he remembered us. Then when we came in during the day, he helped us get the reservation for the second night)

If a cabin has been comped by Casino Royale, do you still get Crown and Anchor points for the cruise?

I just came off the Oasis of the Seas on Sunday (2/5). I was also in a JS and made reservations for two nights at Coastal Kitchen. There was no hassle but I suggest you do it on the first day. Reservations fill up fast.

We just came off the Oasis. On lobster night, we asked for the lobster and a steak. They brought out the lobster and said after we finished that, then they would bring out the steak. You can order all the appetizers you want. They will come out a little more quickly, but not necessarily at the same time.

This is my 3rd RC cruise I have been on. And the new MDR menu leaves a lot to be desired. My first MDR night, I had a fish filet. When the dish came, it had two small 1x4 inch pieces of fish. Hardly any presentation accompanied it. I went again on Caribbean night. That night when our food arrived, we just got up and left. The roasted chicken looked as though it had black soot all over it. And then we went again on lobster night. You get about a 4-oz tail that will give you 3-4 bites. The service was ok, but nothing special. With the current menu, I would not want to eat at the MDR again. Instead we went to the Coastal Kitchen or the Windjammer Cafe for our dinners.

Understandable to want to print it! I found it by searching for the sentence you see in the screenshot via google:

That was it. Thank you.

Is this not the list you're looking for? Or are you looking for the link to the web-version of what's shown in the picture? Seems like you've got all the information right there.
I am looking for the link so that I can print out a clean version. This one did not print very well. And. . . .I also want to post the link for others to see. Especially first time cruisers.

Thank you all for your answers. But, I saw an actual list recently that had each restaurant listed and next to it were a couple of columns listing the type of food, where it was located, and if there was an extra charge, but she didn't remember how she had found it. That is the list I am trying to find.

You can find a list in this guide to Oasis of the Seas: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/odyssey-of-the-seas-guide
Thank you Matt. Why are you not on the press tour in Australia with Don, Emma, and Tony? Looks like they are having some rough seas.

I am trying to find the list of all restaurants throughout Oasis of the Seas. The list I am looking for has the name, type of food served, and if it is free or extra cost.
-
On my last two cruises, I did only that which came with the cruise fare. No extras such as restaurants, or excursions. And my girl and I had a very good time without any of that. In the ports, we shopped and sought out restaurants for lunch. No need for all the extras.

We will be on Oasis of the Seas for a 7 day Western Caribbean cruise starting January 29th. And we are looking for recommendations of interesting things to see, or shore excursions to take that don't involve a lot of walking. Any ideas will be appreciated.

On the Oasis of the Seas, what is served with the High Tea Time? Was it worth the $$ and would you do it again?
-
I am thinking of taking the monkey/sloth excursion. Are the lines very long? If you have taken that excursion, would you do it again? How did you set up the excursion? Through RC, or on shore?
-
On the Oasis of the Seas, I don't really want to purchase the refreshment package since I don't really drink much soda. So are there other free options available such as lemonade or fruit punch available?

I have a T-mobile 5G broadband modem (M200) and will be sailing on a western Caribbean cruise at the end of January. Will my broadband modem work at any of the cruise ports the ship will be visiting. such as Cozumel or Roatan?
