  10. Doesnt say if you show up with out results you will be turned away. That testing includes the following: Testing at the terminal prior to embarkation and onboard before disembarking. Unvaccinated guests must register for the test and agree to the third-party test at a cost of $136 per guest. Pre-Cruise: Unvaccinated guests 16 and older will need to undergo an RT-PCR test taken no more than three days before sailing. Royal Caribbean says they will require documentation of a negative result for this test prior to embarkation. Cruise passengers will have to pay for all related testing costs. At the terminal: Unvaccinated guests 2 years of age and older are required to take an RT-PCR test. Before disembarking: While onboard, unvaccinated guests 2 years of age and older will be required to undergo antigen testing before disembarking at the end of the trip. Royal Caribbean said the test will be conducted the day before the cruise concludes.
  11. Last time we were at Coco Cay the tram driver told us lazy river was being developed on Coco Cay. : )
  12. From Royal Caribbean site Can I get off the ship at port? According to the CDC's Conditional Sailing Order cruise ship operators, at their discretion, may advise passengers and crew that — if they are fully vaccinated — they may engage in self-guided or independent exploration during port stops, if they wear a mask while indoors. The cruise ship operator is additionally advised that foreign jurisdictions may have their own requirements. Things to know: Parties that wish to go ashore and include any unvaccinated guests, including parents traveling with unvaccinated children, must book a shore excursion through Royal Caribbean that is provided by an independent local tour operator that has agreed to comply with recommended health protocols. These shore excursions may be purchased in advance or once onboard. Fully vaccinated parties have the choice of booking a shore excursion or safely visiting the port freely. All guests are also subject to restrictions and requirements as defined by local authorities in the ports we visit.
  13. Looked everywhere and can't find it but sure I read something about this back in June.
  14. I had read this in Royal Caribbean's post some time ago so I will try to find it.
  15. Anyone get invites to the Mariner test cruise yet?
  16. We had 11 cruises with dropped prices adding up to over $2000!
  17. We did catamaran to Nevis and it was sensational!
  18. Has anyone seen anything regarding if all Diamond and up passengers will be all in the lounge, therefore masks required. I apologize if this has been posted before and I missed it. Thank you
  19. Normally, it has been our experience on multiple cruise lines, we have been advised not to take passports off ship (we do carry a color copy for reference, when we get off) but might be good to check with each cruise line separately if they advise this or not. A lost passport at a port could be a nightmare. We have heard a couple horror stories about people losing their passports when off at a port.
  20. If you look at my comment. I thought, I was clearly referring to closed loop from United States, not referring to Foreign port departure or entry. Sorry if my comment was not clear or I misunderstood the reference to concern for getting passports on time. It sounded like people were referencing closed loop cruises from the US, in their concern for passport returns.
  21. We had to book our seat though British Airways direct when booking our international travel with air to see and pay for the seat selection.
