Adventure of the Seas most important question
HBCcruiser replied to OutToSea's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Thanks for responding. Right now it shows that we are all checked in but that the luggage tags are "processing so come back later." ? When are you usually able to download them? I have not cruised RCI in a while so I do not know their usual protocols. Cruising on AOS July 17. -

Where do they show up when logged in? We received this as part of an email last week: (I do not have a travel advisor) Luggage Handling Complimentary luggage collection will be available upon exiting Customs at Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS). Please keep any medication or required documentation with you. Your luggage will be delivered directly to your stateroom on boarding day. Please print and attach your Royal Caribbean luggage tags to your bags at home, which we’ve emailed to you or your Travel Advisor in our Guest Ticket Booklet. This allows porters to easily identify where your luggage should go. -

We have not received any notice yet for our Adventure July 17th sailing. ? Do they automatically move over all of your excursions and purchases (cabana etc..)?
-
Matt - do you have similar info on what to do in Grand Bahama?
-
Agreed. I would just spend my time perseverating over the fact that I was not in a suite. Yes, I have the suite-snob sickness. YOLO I say.

Royal Gifts Champagne Glitch?
HBCcruiser replied to HBCcruiser's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Great, thanks. Enjoy your June cruise! Will you be doing a LIVE review? I would love to follow! -
I want to purchase Champagne for our July 17, 2021 Adventure of the Seas cruise but the Adventure does not show up under the Royal Gift cruise options. I love having a nice cold bottle of Champagne waiting for us in the cabin when we start the cruise. Is this a glitch? Should I just buy a bottle in Nassau and carry it onboard?

87 days out and no online check-in?
HBCcruiser replied to RCIfan1912's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Are any of you staying in a Grand Suite? If so, has the concierge reached out to you yet? I usually sail NCL and wonder how the suite protocols will work on these first RCI cruises. ? -
Well this is not good news: OVIEDO, Spain A Royal Caribbean cruise ship had to make an unplanned stop off the Spanish island of Mallorca on Monday to drop off five crew members who tested positive for COVID-19. This is the first cruise ship that has stopped near the touristic region since March 2020 and its sight came as a surprise to many locals. Although the massive ship has room for more than 4,100 people, it is only carrying around 1,400 crew members and fewer than 100 passengers, according to Spanish media. The ship, called Odyssey of the Seas, left from Civitavecchia, Italy and is bound for the US state of Florida. The infected crew members are set to be picked up by Spanish ships and taken to a private clinic to quarantine, according to the Balearic government. They are all reported to be asymptomatic. https://www.aa.com.tr/en/world/cruise-ship-stops-in-spain-to-drop-off-covid-infected-crew/2252686
