I buried chicken wire to distract future inhabitants.

We had some critter dig a hole next to the foundation leading to (thankfully) an earthen crawl space. Didn't think much of it until I realized it was deep enough to let water come in after a heavy rain. I spent a couple hours filling that back in (under a deck of course) before leaving for my current cruise.

I boarded vision today. They actually had lanes for each boarding time. I've never been on this class of ship before but for being old, it's quite a nice ship. The centrum is much nicer than on radiance ships.

Yes, you can do this. The idea always felt uncomfortable for us so we never did it other than hanging out in the port area of Falmouth for an hour.

That video makes a lot of assumptions over limited information. I would imagine cruise lines push back on this extremely hard due to the obvious logistical chaos this would create for the cruise lines and their passengers. Though I'm not sure Honduras even knows what they actually want to enforce. One article I read said this would only apply to those 10 and under. Another said it'd only apply to countries with low vaccination rates, which USA is not.

My last international flight into Chicago was a couple years ago. Our flight from Dublin to Heathrow was delayed, so we missed our connecting to Denver. Got rebooked to Chicago, then landed in Chicago and sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes, which caused us to miss our connection to Denver. Had to wait for the next flight. By the time I got home, it was 26 hours after I woke up in Dublin for my travel day.
