  1. Nothing wrong with the Radiance class ships.
  2. Don't worry about it. It could as simple as a glare on the image. Not getting your card validated in the app isn't at all a disqualifier at the port.
  3. I'm all for setting up check-in profiles much like airlines do.
  4. Agreed, especially since this shortcut shows their system already supports searching by specific date.
  5. Technically you can. First go pick your months and do that search. For instance, I want to look for cruises in March 2023. You end up with a URL like this which has a min date of March 1 and a max date of March 31 https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruises/?dates_minDate=03%2F01%2F2023&dates_maxDate=03%2F31%2F2023&durationCode_6to8=true&featured=true If I wanted to look for cruises that depart, say between March 16 to March 20, I just change the middle numbers https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruises/?dates_minDate=03%2F16%2F2023&dates_maxDate=03%2F20%2F2023&durationCode_6to8=true&featured=true Of course you can tweak that too to do like March 15 to April 15 or December 15 into the new year through January 15.
  6. Wow. I expected this to linger for months in true government expediency fashion
  7. Next month will be our 10th suite cruise after deciding to try a family vacation on a cruise ship. And thinking that $2800 for 6 nights in a GS with extra room for a 2 yr old seemed like a good deal. Needless to say, haven't come close to that 2800 since.
  8. If I recall, the CLS steps were pretty much baby steps. Really annoying for us taller people.
  9. It has always said "48 hours after booking" but I've never had a problem repricing before final payment. Here's the same page from 2019 https://web.archive.org/web/20191016205700/https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/best-price-guarantee-policy
  10. I wonder what the decision point was between cancelling a couple cruise to fix the issue vs. taking away one of the most sought after aspects of an Alaskan cruise and handing out OBC to just sail with a busted engine. Meanwhile Quantum is in Skagway today, a port they're canceling for the next couple months.
  11. The flyer. This is what I see Snapshot_of_CruisePlanner_Offers.pdf
  12. It does for me. You might have a cached version
  13. Value. Consistency, even coming off the pains of the restart. Crew, too. They all put on a happy face every time they see a guest. Surely not every one of them is happy all the time for such a demanding job. I've been on other cruise lines and there's just not the same mood.
  14. That's from the British RC site, so things may be different for US bookings
  15. And make sure you turn them over when you leave! In March we accidentally left the "sleeping off the adventure" side all evening and into the next morning. When I realized it I was expecting to get a call from the covid police thinking we were hiding something
  16. I doubt any of the amping features slated to be added would even interest a couple in their mid 60s with one whose health is starting to decline.
  17. A Norfolk stop after leaving Baltimore likely wouldn't move the needle for most guests, especially if that meant losing a day in Bermuda
  18. Here's where I saw the two week range for up to date crew https://www.crew-center.com/royal-caribbean-relaxing-crew-mask-policy-fb-crew-areas-restrictions-and-more
  19. Since those couches are about as comfortable as a slab of concrete, might as well keep them in bed mode.
  20. Usually by default they reset the couch during the day, but we've had the attendant also ask us if we wanted it set up or have it stay a bed.
  21. Kids can only take them if they're vaccinated.
  22. Hah, 10 minutes after I asked the question, the order shipped
