  1. Policies that cover pre-existing conditions and cancel for any reason tend to require purchasing ASAP from the time you book the cruise. General travel insurance can be purchased at about any time.
  2. That looks like some Coast Guard drug trade map.
  3. If you're a morning person, hide some before the rest of the ship awakens. Same for if you're a night person
  4. My direct experience with medical, while limited (thankfully), was positive.
  5. My Caribbean chicken tastes good no matter what someone a few tables away is wearing.
  6. We'll see if they keep it. At one point they redid the shore excursion section of the cruise planner, made it much nicer, then it disappeared. Looks like this change isn't site-wide. A couple other cruises still have the old itinerary page.
  7. As long as your number is applied to your reservation at time point, you'll get credit for those points. But you'd get a number automatically created for you anyway (assuming you're American or Canadian)
  8. So maybe you just wave hi to France on the way past?
  9. Make sure you flash the drone!
  10. It's the Pinnacle bump you got.
  11. This is becoming more common for highrise buildings. Smart to move it onto cruise ships
  12. There's a lot more on the page, but my full screen screenshot tool isn't capturing it correctly.
  13. And you also likely had a Caribbean night. Those are the standard themes for about any 7 night cruise, with the exception of the red party that's only on the larger ships
  14. I assume you've quadrupled my salary as a result?
  15. Nassau is one of several ports being used. Though it seems the larger ships have more limited options.
  16. The porters themselves have a very limited role in getting your bags on the ship. They load them up, then move the full carts to a staging area. Then the longshoremen put them on the ship in random order, then they're unloaded and sorted by RC crew, then delivered. There are so many variables as to when your bag even gets to your deck, none the less your cabin. The porters are more likely to have a role in your bags getting on last (like the rental car shuttle drop off point at Terminal 5 in PC, since those carts must fill up the slowest) than first.
  17. My Gifts and Gear for a July cruise has several items that include roses.
  18. I've never gotten luggage by 1pm, even with them expediting suite luggage. Usually 3-4 pm. Unless you use the Enterprise shuttle at Canaveral for terminal 5, then your luggage will literally be among the last on.
  19. The app does have a place to make an appointment though I have no idea if it works on all ships. We even had a NC agent ask us if that's how we booked. It'd be buried under the Services icon, then scroll down to NextCruise under Venues
  20. It'd be easier just to put your name on the sign in sheet at the Next Cruise office. You couldn't do it through the app until you were on board anyway.
  21. On the first day no appointment needed. Otherwise, there will be a signup form right there outside the NextCruise office. You can do it in the app though that doesn't seem to be an overly publicized feature.
  22. Unfortunately you cannot reprice cruises with this promo, bummer.
  23. No, but... You can't check in for a future cruise using the app while connected to ship wifi, regardless if you have a package or not. BUT you can access the RC website on ship wifi without having an internet package, and check in through the website.
