This is actually a question I would like corporate to answer. It wouldn't cheapen the royal suite experience and I doubt anyone looking to book one suddenly wouldn't if legacy ships had a wifi perk.

I would be surprised if this is true. I've had discussions with crew about their wifi and that never came up. Just that they do have to pay and are limited to their downtime to use it.

You're really not obligated to tip anyone beyond the included stuff. Though plenty do. And how much anyone else tips shouldn't be a factor in how much you decide to tip. It's purely a personal experience decision.
