  1. This is definitely true. I can only hope that it improves soon.
  2. Airlines don't pay commission for air only, so most travel agents that do flights only will charge you a fee. Could be worth it for you if you're not familiar with the area.
  3. They'll print one for you if you need it. At least before COVID they did.
  4. Your agent will get them and should forward them to you. If they don't come or you forget them at home it's not an issue, you can get luggage tags at the port. Nothing is truly needed in these e-docs.
  5. I don't see why they'd have an issue with this.
  6. Here's another math with KSF- interior 4 ppl $4046.32 interior 3 ppl $4221.74 3 people have a higher cost because guests 1/2 pay full price no matter the ages with KSF.
  7. Remember they often raise the prices of guests 1 & 2 for this, so it's not always the best deal. It's a marketing tactic to get people interested. Some people do indeed save money, just don't think you're automatically going to save.
  8. She does Many hours spent on the phone daily.
  9. True, the more you pay, the higher we get paid. Technically repricing cruises to lower rates loses us money. But we do it because it's the service we provide, and we truly want you to get the best deal! Sometimes we can't offer all of these rebates and OBC because we would literally lose money for you to cruise. Costco can do this, I can't.
  10. We can't actually do insurance claims. I can't even say "insurance will cover this" or anything like that, because I can only purchase it on your behalf. I would want to make sure they had everything they needed to file the claim, including getting confirmations or documentation, but the actual claim has to be from the policy holder.
  11. You can also reschedule your cruise (before final pmt) without the $100 pp penalty if you book refundable deposit.
  12. They have not yet announced 2023 group cruises yet, stay tuned here and on social media and it will be announced.
  13. Yes the VP is the highest category that can be booked refundable. I can't wait to hear @Neesa's review later this year!
  14. There are a lot of differences in the two, but I shall not debate this with people.
  15. The casinos on Celebrity and Virgin Voyages are both non-smoking. I wish Royal would do the same, but until they do I'll spend casino money on other cruise lines.
  16. It's not available, you can just click on it from the TA site. I would never book it refundable because it's not allowed. I was just coming here to post that FAQ too!
  17. Grand Suites (and any suite over JS) are all designed to be a non-refundable deposit. Anything you price as refundable will be "standard" fare- aka no 30% off or sales of any kind. Basically you can't do a suite refundable.
  18. You can request a specific agent, or just fill out the form. We might not be able to help with older FCCs but we might be able to at least look them up.
  19. Depends on the day, usually within a few hours. But since it's a weekend it may take a little longer.
  20. You can always book a refundable deposit in the future so that this doesn't happen again.
