This happened to me and I tried everything, new browser cleared cookies ,rang (USA and Australia) sent emails in the end I decided one last trick to change my password worked after 24 hrs...Its frustrating but I think that all the comments before are correct somewhere sometime I forgot to close a window or log off properly and it glitched.Good luck I hope it resolves for you

There also seems to be a glitch in the deck plans .... on deck 9 it still has concierge club showing yet new suite deck on deck 14 and diamond club on deck 5 have been added to plans

I have cleared my cache and cookies and also changed browser after a DM on twitter for a loooong time with no results (though was a lovely service rep)she said there maybe a conflict because 4 of my family were attached to one email and it maybe a loyalty issue ...I do not know about this as My children are not on the upcoming cruises and I have been using this planner for the past year with multiple bookings for just me and partner and it did not have a problem with booking ( or charging for)restaurants, Voom, coffee cards and excursions etc I sent an email to royal reservations in Australia earlier today and am waiting for them to get back to me I would not be this anxious but we are going on another land holiday before this cruise and I would like to get this addressed asap

Is RC having a cruise planner website glitch in Australia planner .... I cannot access my fully paid up cruise from signin on crown and anchor cruise planner site for past few days.....I have completed some of the online checkin but I will need to edit check in page and print docs eventually ......I can get in from the main RC page but cannot access docs page.. I have sent DM royal on twitter they but do not seem to know what the problem is

A person on a permanent visa can only drive on their overseas license for 3 months (6 months in Victoria). Before the end of that time, they MUST get a license from their state of residence .. Short term visitors (up to 3 months) can use an International Drivers License. The laws vary State-by-State. Typically you will need to demonstrate (via a log book) that you have undertaken at least 120 hours of driving instruction, of which at least 20 hours has to be by a professional instructor (about $60/hr). You will need to pass a test to get a Learners Permit, then another test when you pass your driving test, and to get a full license you will need two years driving experience and pass another test. Getting a driver's license in Australia is a pretty major exercise. If you don't have a friend who can help with the 120 hours of driving instruction, it would also be massively expensive. Its not something you would do if you had any other alternative.

If you are only going on a domestic Cruise a drivers license is all you need,I have never needed a birth certificate (but that may be only Australia )

I do not think it is only the same address it is how many cruises they have accompanied you on ....Let your wife know to send details of past cruises ie past booking nos to Crown and Anchor via email with a request for a separate no for herself ,she can be linked to your email account also if she wants .so you both can have fun on the same cruise planner...by the way be sure you put both nos in when filling in your document pre cruise so you both get the perks

I think you will be OK if your license is showing as updated and you have the paper document...I would take another form of ID with you just in case so they can compare birth dates or address ...

I would ring Royal Caribbean and ask them for advice they always are helpful when I have contacted them

I am inclined to agree with monctonguy I think there is an element of spin. The next amplification is not commencing till 2022 ,also the new class of cruise ships to be powered by liquefied natural gas and fuel cell tech will soon be here and Voyager was built in 1999,it is hardly an enlightened economic decision to throw more money into an aging ship ..The NSW govt is near making a decision on building another port to accommodate more cruises at Botany Bay in Sydney so I can foresee a change in plans to bring bigger ships to Australia..but that is a long way away and unfortunately I fear the cruisers down under will have to deal with second best for some time yet ?
